Dunkin’ Donuts

Visited this location to get a vanilla chai, after going to other stores where I was able to purchase a large vanilla chai I was told that it only comes in medium and if I wanted large I would be charged for 2 mediums made no sense but no arguments I opted for the medium requesting extra milk, when I got to the window to ensure that the person who took the order requested extra milk I asked the cashier at the window who answered saying «I’m not making drinks, I don’t know if they put extra milk all I know is you need to pay $ 2.71 beyond annoyed but her rude I don’t give a shit attitude I decided I no longer wanted to make purchases at this location. Where is the harm is asking a simple question to ensure my order is correct the first time. It is sad the level of unprofessionalism. Let’s train our employees on how to better treat customers.

I was just here for a late night craving and the guy at the window has terrible customer service. I ordered a dark roast iced coffee and a French crawler. 1^st when someone orders a ice coffee we don’t want regular sugar. It settles in the bottom and it doesn’t blend right, LIQUID SUGAR IS WHAT YOU PUT IN ICE BEVERAGES. It’s irritating that I have to ask for it every time and if I don’t they look at me like I’m the idiot. 2^nd I believe I ordered a ice coffee not water with soap with a hint of coffee. I’m glad to see that they clean but I don’t need to taste the soap specially while pregnant. When I told him about the taste he just plain didn’t give a flying fuck. Naturally it pissed me off. Remade another which had 2x the sugar with soap after taste. And this is what $ 15 hour looks like? I think not. Went home frustrated and really pissed. One star cause come on!!!

Combination review for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-​Robbins. Service was great, personable and very quick for those on the move. The combination we got for our ice cream was a double scoop sugar cone: Oreo Nutty Salted Caramel and Strawberry Cheesecake. Excellent combination — decadent mix of sweet with savory! The food at Dunkin Donuts, however, left much to be desired. We ordered the new egg and steak burrito and it turned out to be much smaller than expected. They also have no available hot sauce to eat the burrito with. Overall, if you’re looking for fast service and great ice cream, this is the place to go! Don’t expect great results when it comes to the food menu of Dunkin Donuts.

My experience at this Dunkin’s has only been through the drive through so there is not much I can say. One negative I do want to mention is they price the items one way at the window screen. Then you pay and receive no change back and they tell you the price on the screen was for the person ahead of you. Yeah okay… after the 3^rd time we already know your playing games!
My friend lives down the street and she always gives me the 3^rd degree when I want to stop by this DD. I always like to give a chance and who can deny at least Baskin Robbins here on a hot day =)

What can I say? No soft serve and no Donuts. I really don’t understand this, considering there is a Police Department down the block. It was about 7 or 8pm when we stopped by but the name doesn’t change from Dunkin Donuts to Dunkin throughout the day. It’s a hit or miss with this place. Head to the Wendy’s down the block for a frosty if in need of soft serve ice cream.

They are always nice when I come here. The only complaint I would have is that service for some reason is slower inside then it is when you go through the drive thru. Other then that this place is golden!

They are so friendly and nice here at DD. I go in for cases of donuts and joe to go and they are quick and give me all the fixins like milk, sugar, cups, and napkins without me having to ask for it.
