This is morning ritual, I wake up fiend for coffee! where do I go you ask? to this location! this DD location is very unique to me in a few ways and ill go further to discuss as to why this place is a pretty dope dd location!

this location is ²⁴⁄₇ rain, sleet, snow! so this location is always open ready to serve coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, even ice cream if your taste buds are in that direction they will serve you with a smile on their faces.
also I forgot to mention that this location has a drive thru! its a bit tight in terms of going into it so make sure you clear enough to make it into the drive thru (you will understand when you use the drive thru). everyone that works here are pretty chill and will remember your order if your a regular like me!

this place actually went under renovations just three ago and I was very surprised that they had new look to the place, it looks even cozier than before so I would stress coming back and checking this out if you happen to be in this side of time

this place is really chill if your looking for that coffee fix, or that late munchies run (that’s basically me every time I come to this place)

Terrible customer service. They kept mixing up my order through the drive-​thru. Extremely rude and they didn’t even leave us with napkins or straws.

Besides the fact that this Dunkin’ Donuts is in such a congested area, I can appreciate the fact that they have fast service.
This DD’s has a drive thru ! Super efficient. The service was fast and my Chips Ahoy latte came out great.
They have plenty of outdoor seating, but beware that its far from quiet. This location is right under a train and near a busy road.
The seating inside of course is limited. But I don’t know many people who would want to stay and enioy their coffee. Us New Yorkers are always on the go.
Great location, tons of customer traffic, fast service. I would recommend & will be returning.

Wow the manager should be fired. He was so rude and told us he didn’t care if we didn’t purchase. We kept asking for toppings on our ice crème and he kept telling us it was going to be extra (which we knew) and then he goes can you please hurry I have other clients. He kept
Giving me and my friend attitude. He then yelled I don’t care if you buy or not. I’ve never been treated this way and it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced this. With a manager like that this place is never going to have a good clientele. I was so upset and came he
Crying after that experience. Everyone be aware of the manager he is not nice.

«Time to make the donuts at 5 AM…» Time for me to EAT a donut at 7:55 AM in the Bronx. This Dunkin Donuts in Marble Hill of Bronx operates ²⁴⁄₇ @ 365 with a drive-​in and an outdoor seating area year-​round. Indoor seating is available but often occupied with students and the early bird risers. Line moves moderate and service is somewhat attentive. Ice cream cakes provided by Baskin’ Robbins are available for purchase. This location gets the job done for a quick and cheap breakfast to enable fuel me for the day.

This is a pretty bright and shiny beacon when you need a quick bite to eat. Located on the busy corner of 230^th and Broadway, this 24-​hour DD /​BR combo is large, very clean, and the service is quick and efficient. Not that anyone would really want to sit along Broadway, per se, but it’s nice that they do have outdoor seating with some umbrellas to boot.

The manager steals cash here. You need to use an ATM or credit card. Watch ur cash and the employees

This place is a solid establishment. Great place to go and kill sometime, or maybe catch up with an old friend. Friendly staff for the most part. Open 24 7. Love pistachio ice cream.

This DD is on a very busy corner and the location is kept very clean. The product is the same as any other DD but the customer service is pretty good and they get you in and out.

You would think that a paying customer would have the right to use the bathroom. Not in this store. The store has tables and chairs so you would think that a bathroom would be in use for paying customers. Not in this store. When I was there homeless people where sleeping in the chairs.

Being a vegetarian, eating out can be tough. However, Dunkin Donuts surprisingly offers an egg white veggie omelet that you can have on any type of sandwich you prefer (croissant, flat bread, etc.). I sometimes stop here on my way to work in the mornings. I have never done the drive-​though because not matter where you go, drive through always makes mistakes (and since I want something that is likely to be rarely ordered, I prefer to walk in). The staff is very professional. The only thing I would recommend is that they remove that speaker playing the music that is almost above the cashier’s head — I often have to repeat my order because they can’t hear me. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the staff that cooks your orders give you the «have a good day» and «good morning.»

The jury is still out on this place. Had the Steakhouse Sausage sandwich one Saturday morning while washing clothes and it was ok. Donuts are what you would expect. Nothing to write home about. On the flip side, very good coffee. The staff is friendly and fast. Good place to stop in to on the way to work.

This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. I seldom have a good experience here. Normally I use the drive-​through. EVERY time that I place my order I get asked if I would like a coffee with that more than 2 times after saying no. I understand that they have to ask but after I say no once, it becomes rude. The people there take their job as a joke. Pulling up to the stop sign to wait for them to bring my order outside makes no sense, and is particularly annoying when they forget that I’m there and I can’t back up because there are cars behind me and I have to honk for 10 minutes for them to realize. They are rude. If they don’t understand my order, instead of saying «I’m sorry I misheard you», they say «you didn’t say that». It’s terrible customer service. There are plenty of other people who deserve a job and would do it better than them.

Nothing bad… Just happy it’s open 24hrs for my late night ice cream runs… :)
