They DO NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS FROM ANY HUMAN PERSON. Let pets go order food from them.
The food isn’t that good. Customer service is horrible. Maybe 1 person speaks English and they are always speaking to someone else while taking your order.
They are always speaking while making the food so who knows how much spit gets into your sandwich/​order.
They get orders wrong 10⁄10 times so you waste time and have to go back or wait longer than the initial time they told you which was a lie in the first place.
They deliver your order and its wrong and MISSING items.
They close before they are supposed to.
The list goes on and on. DO NOT give them your business if you care about ANY aspect of LIFE. That means if you care about flowers, dont give them your business. If you care about pickles, dont give them your business.

This is a place to come great tasting Latin fast food items, empanadas, quipes, sandwiches, shakes and juices. Everything is made to order so it is fresh, and tasty every time. I have never had a complaint when coming here. Just be patient because sometimes it takes a while as they are making it fresh.

eir service keeps getting worse and worse… called to order after 10 minutes of waiting time they hanged up only for me to call back and wait 10 more minutes to order my food… told me my order will be ready in 25 minutes and after telling them if that’s the correct waiting time the reassured me to be there in 25 (they tend to not even have your order ready when you go pick it up). When I go pick up my order after 20 minutes before I get asked what I’m there for they tell me they don’t

Probably thee worst service I’ve ever experienced. You’re in the middle of the hood so u wont find parking anyway, but expect to wait about 15 mins for a precooked pastelito and smoothie. If you order anything that needs to be cooked ie. Steak and tostones, a burger and fries, expect to wait 30 mins for one order and if your order more than one, guaranteed 1 hour wait. This place is good for the commoners on the street who have no where else to go. Good luck not wanting to slap every single one of their employees for lack of urgency and customer service.

OK. So hunger strikes and the area is not familiar, so I start driving around and find this little hole in the wall nestled between a travel agency and a barbershop. Well this tiny place must be doing something right, I saw a review on the wall from 3 years back. I had a chicken panini along with a mango, pineapple, papaya smoothie and everything was great. Definitely recommend going here. BTW their menu is pretty vast considering the small footprint they occupy

terrible service, can’t comment on the food i never got it. if you not spanish speaking don’t even think about eating here… racist artwork on the wall. they took a bunch of orders after mine, made theirs in front of me, other people in and out and never made mine… then i had another customer re order in spanish for me as it seems no one there speaks and apparently understands english… and he ordered for me and the guy said something back to him in spanish and they had a big Laugh… thats when i noticed the racist artwork on the wall … i was too pissed to take a pic… but i will try and find it online and post …

This place is very good, the way they cook the food really remind me the flavors of the chimis karts in DR.
The pros:
Cheap
Flavorful
Clean
Nice staff
Fast
Good smoothies
Sandwiches
The cons:
No tables, but they got some stuff attached to the walls where you can eat your food.
I think that’s the only con about this place, otherwise is pretty cool. Go a give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Recommendation: get delivery or pick up if you live in the neighborhood.
I live kind of far from this place, but they told me that if I order above $ 35 they can make it. It means from 170 st to 196 st, which is a lot of streets lol.
I really like this place, even thought it is not the most healthy choice in the neighborhood.
