I was looking around for a place where I can buy retro games. I had been to most of the big named store in Manhattan, Video Games New York, 8 Bit Games…
But when I walked in here, I was amazed. Yes they carry new games and titles, and I actually walked out with a ps3 game as well, but the sega genesis and super nintendo selection were phenomenal.
Phantasy Star II, Legend of Zelda, Sonic 3d Blast, Final Fantasy Mystic Quest where just a few of the games I brought while here. They patiently held my games while I perused their used games section.
I also brought Alisia Dragoon for 6 bucks. The retro and used games here are fairly priced, and you don’t feel like your getting ripped off, like a lot of other places. They have a few stores in Brooklyn I have to visit as well, but I was amazed at how well everything was kept, how patient the staff were, and fairly everything was priced. I will be back!
