1 star mostly because their customer service sucks and give a crap less about the mistakes they made. I gave the cashier a $ 25 coupon and he forgot to scan it so you would think the gap would fix this it because it was their fault but no they told my I would have to call customer service which told me to call the store back which told me to call customer service which told me to email pix of my receipt and coupon which Jeremy replied that they refuse to adjust anything and really careless about the customer. I will never shop at gap again! This is why I love american eagle and tj max so much better. Any problems I have ever had my fault or theirs they are so willing to help and fix. This is probably why so many gaps are closing!

The worst Gap of them all. The only Gap in the Bronx and probably the smallest. The men’s section is trash. They don’t have a large selection and it’s always empty. The Gap doesn’t belong on Fordham. Period.
