Extremely irresponsible! I was taking the bus after work left an hour early. Told me to go down in 3 minutes told them I was down stairs already. They tell me to walk up the block. So I walk up the block. In the hole process they had me waiting over an hour then tell me the guy already left… Try San Miguel Transportation 212−740−0589 l tried them and they are professional provide better service and at a cheaper rate!

Cheap door to door service and you get exactly what you pay for, CHEAP SERVICE. I called to make a reservation for the 5 am departing bus to Springfield only to wake up at 4am and never get a call from them. I call them at 4:45 to see what the hold up is to find out my name wasn’t on their list! After explaining to the guy that I called a day before to make the reservation he didn’t even apologize, he just hung up on me! Rude and unprofessional, I rather take Greyhound for the extra 5 dollars. I don’t have the luxury of scrambling to find another way home at the last minute because whatever idiot takes reservations didn’t do their job correctly.
