Called these guys up for an estimate for a roofing job. On the day of the appointment while they were on their to my home «Khan» calls me and mentions that there is a $ 100 fee to provide an estimate. Well, after hearing that I thanked him for his call and cancelled the appointment. Beware and confirm with this company before getting an estimate from them as there may be a «fee» involved.

I had a skylight installed about two years ago and it leaked all over the inside of my house. I then gave GR construction a honest, but unkind review on their workmanship and practices. Kenny (who works for GR construction) called and begged me to give him another chance to repair the work. I then allowed him to order me a custom-made skylight that would he claims would not leak while paying the difference for the new skylight. I am so happy I did give him a second-chance. In fact, Kenny no longer sells the leaking skylight model to his customers, because he has learned it is not worth the bad reviews. This speaks to his integrity and his honesty. My new skylight is perfect. It does NOT leak and looks fantastic! I am really happy with Kenny from GR Construction — we are even considering asking GR to replace our windows. We trust them that much after the past year of phone calls, letters, etc.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Kenny is a total ripoff. Gives Contractors the typical bad rep they get. Messed up the cables on my Dish satellite when repairing the roof, didn’t create a pitch in the shower base so the water won’t drain, used cheap grout that melted a week after the repair was done, claimed that new closet doors were installed which was clearly not the case because there were scratches everywhere, and so on, and so on, and so on. Oh, and because he didn’t have money to pay his workers, he wanted almost the entire payment upfront before any work was even done. And when I agreed to only a 50% deposit (sarcastic about the word only) he called me every other day asking for help with money. DON’T USE THIS GUY EVER EVER EVER.
