IHOP

I always thought IHOP was just IHOP. But the breakfast here was better than the others I’ve been to. And the service here is really fantastic. Not what you would expect from a casual dining place like this. The waitress are super friendly and attentive.

We like going to this IHOP when we want to spoil ourselves (too many calories).
Good service and the staff are courteous.

Sometimes I just have a craving for the pancakes at IHOP. Always get the same blueberry pancakes. The only thing I ever get. Not sure why they put it on a small plate. I like a big plate to dig in. Off street parking is good. And the restaurant is always clean. Eggs are OK. The ham and bacon are plentiful. Just gave to be in the mood. the service is pretty good. No real complaints. Gotta go

They seem to have a good crew kitchen and staff orders get taken quick and food arrives at a good timely manner-​foods taste great

Always seated quickly, always given great service. NICOLE G was an absolute pleasure and extremely nice! She table touched constantly and gave EXCELLENT customer service!!!

This location is hit or miss. My omelette order arrived incorrectly twice. I left hungry not wanting to risk it again. An order of French toast arrived lukewarm as if it had been ready but never brought to the table. The whipped cream was runny and presentation was not attractive. I ordered toast on the side instead of pancakes (for the omelette order) and both pancakes AND toast arrived. I spoke clearly in English so not sure why I experienced ridiculous service today. The ihop slogan «come hungry, leave happy» did not bare truth on this visit.

Can you really mess up breakfast items? Yes.
Our waitress was very sweet, but she got our orders completely mixed up. There were 4 of us, so that’s a lot to get wrong. But we understood why, that place was packed and had a line waiting to get in. All the workers were going back and forth so much i felt bad. The food was so fresh and HOT, omg i had to wait a few minutes before eating. everything looked to be fresh off the grill.

Customer service was excellent.
Food was delicious and I was surprised that we got seats right away for 9am on a Saturday.

I come here all the time with my kid. Absolutely love it. Great customer service and fast seating.

Our family feel very at home in this ihop. We been going there for many years. Great service great food great to visit.

Where to start.
I went to this location last weekend with my mother, aunt and cousin. Luckily, we were seated quickly and it was a pretty calm scene contrary to what a couple of others have mentioned about IHOP on the weekends. I guess we just went on a good day.
The waitress wasn’t the friendliest lady on earth but she wasn’t rude or anything. I mentioned this because if you’re like me you actually appreciate a waiter that loves or at least acts like they love their job. Moving on. our appetizer (Quesadillas) were great. We wished we had just ordered Quesadillas for our main course as well because our meals weren’t too flavorful. My cousin and I had breakfast platters with tasteless eggs and bacon. Both of our meals arrived a bit cold. My mother and aunt had hearty dinner plates with some (bad) blue cheese covered steak, that was the only con of their plates. BUT the French toast and pancakes were great, after all it is the International House of Pancakes so I would hope that at least that was good. They played good music too. Andddd that’s about it! Hope this helped. :D
Note: I’m speaking on this particular IHOP, if you’ve never tried IHOP don’t be discouraged, I’ve been to other locations that are great!

Love this iHop. Party of 2 seated & served fast. Great service too. I recommend their 222 deal. Come in hungry & leave happy.

Service is great food is always on point. My fav breakfast spot luv ihop !!! Miss the old staff though…

4340 Boston Post Rd, Pelham, NY, i LOVE ihop, but this ihop was awesome. Hazel as our waitress was the most lovely person. i waited 5 years to go to an ihop. my daughter who is practicing driving drove 2 hours to take us there. the most fun experience ever. great service and the food was just YUM.

The food was delicious we had the French Toast with Strawberry and whipped cream ALSO Phillips Cheese steal Sandwich with fried union rings. The service was also nice. I GIVE THIS PLACE A 4 STAR.

I went to IHOP cause I was hungry for pancakes and got seated fast. That’s the only good thing I can say about the service

The staff is nice and it does get crowded especially in the weekends. My daughter likes it here because of the make a face pancake. It is definitely kid friendly.

The rudeness of the waitress drove us away.
We were looking forward to an IHOP Sunday morning brunch. We called in to ask how much people are in line for tables. This waitress Natalie, told us its a 10 – 15 minute wait. We asked if it is ok to have us in queue already. She rudely answered «not unless you are important, we dont accept reservations, and I dont think you’re important». We were so turned off by her answer and decided to find another place instead.

Once again at IHOP, to enjoy some family time and IHOPs famous pancakes and eggs. It’s always very packed and loud, as families engage in conversation.

As my son (aka: The Boss) was loving this pancakes.
Can say I don’t love these moments.

Alwayyyyyyyyys packed! I mean, it’s like they’re giving something away for free. I recommend coming early.
Anyway, like any IHOP, the food is good. it can be a bit pricey ($ 2.50 for a cup of Joe?!) but it is good.
The service was bad. I had to get up looking for my waiter for my check because dude was MIA for good 20 minutes.
Like I said, come early and AVOID WEEKENDS.
