Came on Wednesday, got served on Saturday. Other that, the eggs aren’t bad. Probably won’t come again. Ever. Unless I have a lot of time to kill.

Not much around this area for sit down unless you are looking at fast food establishments. I go to correctional facilities for work several times a month and was starving and needed some grub to hold me over since I can’t bring food in with me. I decided to come to IHOP to stuff my belly. The food was ok, not good not bad but for a random weekday morning, it was somewhat empty, lots of waiters and even still it was really slow. It also just felt really dingy. I’ve been to other IHOPs so it’s not the chain but maybe this location. It just needs more life!

I just ate at the IHOP on White Plains Road & Bruckner Blvd. in The Bronx. Greeted upon entry, seated by courteous young man, waitress Anna smiled, took order (crêpe with bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns.) Prompt food (less than 10 minutes), well-​prepared. Met Millie the manager, friendly, charming woman. Said if ever any problem, just ask for her. Clean, busy, & men’s room spotless. Go there say Bob G. sent you.

Tried To Come And Eat With The Family, Had Gone Online To Find The Hours And It’s Suppose To Be Open At 6 am I Got There At 7 am and They Tell Me It Will Open At 730 to 8 am smh

If I could give negative stars I would this place first off was filthy secondly we came in we were sat down at a table the server came we ordered to cups of water to start needless to say 10 mins later those cups of water never arrived so we hang around a few more minutes to see if the server would come back and nothing so I go to the restroom only to notice a large portion of the staff in the back area sitting around eating however they had tables that weren’t served yet, I can see if they were busy and the service was slow, but for it to be slow and be waiting 15 mins is crazy! Definitely will not be coming back or recommending this to anyone! The owners need to reevaluate the staff and or business and fix it! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I would give less than 1 star if I could! The service in this place is horrendous. We were seated by the «hostess» and sat for about 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged by anyone. My husband even asked one of the waiters walking by if anyone was going to take care of us and was completely ignored by her as she kept walking. It got to the point that we had to go back to the hostess and ask him if anyone was going to take care of us. After he spend another 5 minutes walking around asking who was in charge of our table with no success, we just decided it was best we go somewhere else. Please save yourself the headache and head elsewhere from the beginning!

I’m shocked I was looked at and completely ignored I’m not sure what the training is like at this iHop but a minute of acknowledgment, positive attitude, and status takes merely 2 minutes and it keeps customers. I also work in the service industry and this is beyond me.

I expect consistency of product when I got to a chain. That’s the whole reason of subjecting yourself to a food chain in the first place.
Burnt eggs.
Burnt sausage.
Burnt waffles.
Not exactly what I was looking for in terms of consistency.
The staff was friendly, if not a bit slow in giving me the bill. But it’s the person in the kitchen who’s to blame for all of this. C’mon dude. Every single thing I ordered you burnt. Every. Single. Thing.
Thank God you didn’t have to cook the orange juice.

I only do take out here because I’m not interested in sitting in this location, but I must say, the girls at the take-​out window on are great. I’m usually on the move, so I give them a call, they quickly get my information and within 10 minutes after I jump off the Bruckner, I grab and go. It’s that easy and my meals have always been well prepared. So, try that for size…

It was a horrible experience. After being seated, My family & I waited 15 minutes before we actually stop a ihop staff employee & request a waiter. When that individual came to the table he stated that the host put us in section that was close (it was 3pm not crowded at all) but still not an excuse. Waiter visited our table 2 times after taking order, to provide us with our order and our final checkout bill. Over all nice place but horrible service.
