This place used to have good food and ordering used to be easy. Now they have some jerk that takes the orders and my last three orders have been wrong or missing items. This guy is totally incompetent and has a nasty attitude to boot. What college degree does one need to get a simple order correct? Yes, they’re open 24 hrs, but I would rather starve then order from these guys. They are heading the same path as River Deli, customers leaving for an establishment that appreciates their customers! I am taking my business elsewhere

I love this place for delivery. It has become my go-​to, especially since River Deli took a turn for the worse. The variety is insane and they give you a lot of food for the price. The «loaded fries» in particular are a really great deal and perfect drunk food. I didn’t give it a perfect score because their sandwiches could be a little more flavorful, but hey, it’s a bodega, not the Ritz. I own hot sauce.

I used to enjoy ordering from this place after hours, the food was good; but after a recent issue in which I placed an online order, paid with credit card, left a great tip, to never receive my order and have them refuse to issue a refund/​compensation left a horrible taste in my mouth.
Won’t be giving them my business again. Had to handle the issue directly with GrubHub as Jaspers does not seem to answer their phone nor give the courtesy to call me to rectify the issue. Class A scrum bag move.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If you order a burger a specific way, they can’t get it right. This has happened twice, its pathetic. Get it together

Gets the job done. A reliable late night delivery option. I’m a fan of the wraps. The omelettes aren’t good.

To be honest I have to disagree with the last negative Unilocal. I have been living in riverdale for 5 years. The best sandwiches I have ever had are from Jaspers. This Family has a special gift. The Mona Lisa Sandwich is to Die for!!! Rocco definitely puts his heart and soul into his gourmet. The food is very pricy but worth it!

It is a bodega, and not «gourmet.»
The candy seems old and seems like it has been sitting there for years.
The dirty roof and dirty walls near the deli food makes me not trust the food. It looks like dust probably falls into the food as they make it.
It is a good place to run in for a second and buy a water at 2am.

The «Mona Lisa» is honestly the greatest hero you will ever try. Try to make sure that Mike is cooking because that is when it is done to perfection. Other than that they have a wide selection of AMAZING hero’s and fried foods. All done really well. My personal place of choice to go after the bar since 2010.
