Fast food in Marble Hill, Bronx.
With only $ 5.00 cash in hand for lunch I opt for side orders on two respective visits. Hunger pangs strike me down hard. Popcorn chicken $ 3.50 and curly fries $ 2.50. Both were edible to fill the temporary void. Price is cheap which serves the area to low income housing. Servers hone very limited English language skills, if any spoken, they express it very vile and vulgar. «Are you from China?» which I go through my usual mode: IGNORE TO DEPLORE like cellophane as the air. Seating is available.
