Food preparation is good cause its the Colonel’s recipe but service is pokey even during times when the place is empty. It never fails that the stock of food has diminished when a large order is taken. Management is always in the office so it appears no one is in charge, so you are at mercy of a few smart-​alecky and rude cashiers. But this might explain the sudden turnover in employment at this particular store. New faces, same old, same old.
