DONOTCOMEHEREUNLESS you love getting ripped off. After ten years of being customers, my sister and I left this establishment due to dishonest practices. The doctors are lovely the receptionists just want to take all of your money. They approved my sister for a credit of $ 900 for glasses that were $ 500 then proceeded to slap on an additional $ 400 worth of «optional but vital» attachments. When my sister got home and told me what happen, I realized that she has been hustled and called, asking for a refund THAT very day. The store has a no refund policy; however, since I’ve been a loyal/longtime customer, I felt they would at the very least they would take an exception. They did not. Fine, I asked for store credit instead. They do offer that. They refused stating that they only give store credit if the glasses were found to be «faulty». I asked to speak to the store manager… of course the manger was out that day. I called again the next day and now the manager is on vacation. I called the next week the manager was still out. We were so disgusted with the way these money-hungry women dealt with us that we decided to go elsewhere. Turns out her frames were $ 150.00 on amazon :/. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
