I haaaaaaaaate it!!! Homeless people everywhere. Asking for money and food as you. Workers clean tables with tissue that the last customer left on the table. Massive lines. No service. Local winos having chess tournaments inside taking up tables. Just plain ghetto and nasty

I’m sooo disappointed in this Mc Donald’s across the street from Yankee Stadium. There is a sign on the door that says no trespassing right on the entrance. Every homeless person in the Bronx sits up front inside and it even smells like a NYC shelter. The homeless have to have a place to go but if they are not customers they need to not make this their second home. The bathroom is beyond disgusting and I have never seen a toilet paper tied to banister with a pad lock and chain even prisoners don’t have their toilet paper locked like that. There are no napkins or straws available to customers. An assistant manger was on the register and she was on her phone every chance she got. The floors are disgusting and look worse than the one on the subway. I couldn’t even find the letter grade displayed. The counters were full of sugar. The floors behind the counter had food and garbage. There was no one in that restaurant over the age of 22 at least it would appear so. Nobody who cares is running this boat. I thought the worst mc Donald’s was located on 125 street and Lexington but this one tops it and at least they met the need that they needed security. There is a precinct right there and the cops don’t care about who hang out at this mc Donald or even outside. Why doesn’t Mc Donald’s care. If I was a part of the Yankee organization I would have all baseball decorations out of this place. This place is disgraceful and embarrassing. I used to take pride in the neighborhood restaurant but it seems like the Mc Donald’s franchise don’t care either. The police don’t care all very sad. But I would consider closing this place down or taking away the franchise because the owner don’t care. The staff needs to be replaced with people who care none of these people here deserve $ 15 an hour. Please Mc Donald’s corporation do something and bring back pride to this location. I saw a young man making the food wiping his hands on his shirt and no gloves. I heard another person state there is no ice and stood there wondering how my frappé was gonna be made. After I saw all the these disgusting things I could not eat why I ordered. I threw it out. And thank god because my frappé fell a few minutes later on the subway and it spilled like water. I basically had cold coffee with caramel and whip. I would seriously tell everyone I know to not go here. Real bad real sad and disappointing.

I really like this McDonald’s location because it always appears to be a full crew. I am hardly ever standing in line, unlike Times Square Location. That gas 80 million registers but only 4 Cashiers ! It can be loud and packed with customers in the afternoons, so I usually go to WALKUPWINDOW which is a life saver. MYCOMPLIMENTISLATENIGHTSERVICE, in after midnight — early morning. The servers don’t serve old fries. Which just mAkes my day when I’m craving something to munch on.

They only get the one start because I have no choice anyways this McDonald’s suck butt… Every time I get food if something different and now I call it quits I took my kids to get a something to eat there was a lady who walked it with a pit and was taking him a bath inside now I don’t have problems with any kind of dog but really in McDonald’s. Then the bathroom was the most nasties place ever no locks on the door the toilet was pee and shit every were and I went to talk to the manger she was so rude just because I told about it and I told her well they should be on top of cleaning the bath room … Why is this McDonald’s still in business?

Certainly not winning best customer service of the year awards here. They are usually a bit over priced for regular McDonald’s stores.

Typical McDonald’s. Good place to stop for a meal before/after a visit to Yankee Stadium. We stop in here before going to the games to fill up so we don’t have to pay the astronomical prices in the ballpark. Food is exactly what you’d expect from a McD’s. Can get very crowded on game days, but there is a lot of seating, or you could grab it to go and sit outside.

Love mcD’ s. However epic fail here. Two registers opened with massive lines? Cashiers backed up and frustrated. No mgt noticeable only staff. Wo r king really hard. Cashier I had was not a happy camper. Very rude to everyone and even when I a aid hood morning and smiled she was not happy. Ordered a #13. Burrito meal w coffee. Got a #12 steak and egg bagel. Tried To Get Ladies Attention But No go. She was not looking or wanted to help. Ate what I had. Bagel sandwich was nasty. Steak? Is that even meat. Had to toss the meat thing and just eat the bagel w egg. Hash browns were over salty and greasy. Yuck. Coffee which is good at mcd. Was worst. Tate Like It Was Really Old. Never going back here. And maybe mcd. Lost a customer for life as well.

Giving this the extra star for such great access to the washroom after the gruelling Bronx tour lol. Glad there was no lineup for a key like some locations. Good layout too, a perfect square layout so easy to find people and see what tables are available.

Every time I go here there’s the rudest cashiers. They’re nothing shy of rude. They don’t greet you, smile or anything. It’s as if you’ve ruined their day by coming in. Then the order is messed up. I’ve gone in a couple of times and my order has been done wrong. The food is also cold. I’ve been to other McDonalds before and the service hasn’t been that bad. I just wish they would change their staff and care a bit more. I mean if I’m waiting that long for my order should it not at least be hot?

With the amount of people flooding this place I have to give this four stars. The staff handles it SO well and even though patrons are rowdy, rude, and impatient the employees didn’t let it phase them. Much kudos to them.

Better than average McDonalds. I just wanted to Unilocal this one because I’ve been here during a yankees game and an nyu graduation, and so I’ve seen how well they handle the crowds, and it gets insane during both. So kudos to them. But tonight I stopped by before a game, and it took them quite a while to get me a cup of coffee, which was annoying. But all in all, spacious McDonalds, quick workers, clean, baseball-themed, two doorways, and adjacent to the stadium. Not much else around to eat so if you’re there for a game stick to Micky D’s.

Yeah, it’s a Mickey D’s and not much more can be said as they are all pretty much the same. Still, this one is located right across the street from Yankee Stadium and the subway stop, which makes it pretty unique. Decorated with fun baseball murals and baseball related images this McD’s is a great spot to grab a cold soda after the game with some tasty french fries while waiting for the crowds to die down before heading up to the subway platform. It’s a pretty large location with seating inside and out. Service can be a bit on the slow side but at least they keep the lines moving. On game days this place is always busy before and after a game, and there can be some drunken charactors and shady types hovering around. I’m impressed at how they do handle the madhouse this place becomes so big props to the staff here.

Honestly, who reviews a McDonald’s? Don’t judge, but I enjoyed the pre-game meal and post-game ice cream here. Long lines, obviously, but big bang of your buck. Great appetizer for the hot dogs, etc at the game. Pre-game: 20 piece. Post-game: ice cream. Mad props to the workers that have to deal with drunk fans and large throng of people(I said throng not thong so quit smiling) My rec: Great place for any post game celebration and time-killer as you wait for the trains to die down.

I have to say that this macD’s is one that can handle the pressure. I guess you have to be when you’re right outside Yankee Stadium. The crowd control is done through more cashiers and extra hands in the back. The people move in, get their greasy food and then out they go. The Outdoor seating helps. I saw TWO people picking garbage and moving discarded trays outside and one on the inside. They really put out the stops for a game.

Don’t normally go out of my way to Unilocal about Micky D’s, but we went to this one the other day just before the afternoon game vs. the Mariners. I have to say that the experience was much better than I was expecting. There were a ton of cashiers all eager to help, there were almost no lines inside 30 minutes before the start of the game, I was shocked. They took our order quickly and produced our grub just as fast. We found a table outside with an umbrella and it was a beautiful day. After we plowed back our highly nutritious lunch, we strolled across the street and threw our fat asses into our seats and watched a 4 – 2 Yankee victory. Kudos to the manager of this place for keeping everything running smooth during a time where your staff could easily become overwhelmed!
