Some of the staff not all have very bad Customer Service. Staff have Attitudes as they greet you. They yell your number with an attitude like they’ve been calling you for a while when your standing right there. If you don’t feel like dealing with customers you shouldn’t be in the front on the register dealing with people as a matter of fact take the day off get yourself together and try again tomorrow.

Bad service, this location has the worse employees. The food sits there to dry up, and they resell it. They act like they own it, with nasty attitude. Then they take their sweet time, only to act sour.

This place is just bad! The customer service could definitely use some improvements. I always feel like I’m bothering or irritating the cashier for some reason but I know that s/he just has a bad attitude. And to top it off, the time it takes you to get your food is ridiculous. Just to get an order of fries and a simple cheeseburger takes about 10 – 15 minutes. That’s crazy! Never again! But one positive thing I will say is that I dig the décor! That’s it!

This place is always busy. But if you go at night you’ll get better service. Its like any other McDonald but since its busier then most you will have to wait a little longer for your food and good luck finding a place to sit.

Why does this McDonalds’s offer promo with your purchase(buy one get one free Quarter Pounder) and then tell you they don’t participate? And in a nasty way to boot. Ok… I was offered buy one Big Mac get one and when I pay what do I get? Another promo on my receipt. Owners… get your act together and inservice your supervisors on how to speak to your paying customers.

this is probably the slowest mcdonalds… ever the staff are usually slow to approach custoimers to take orders. then it takes about 25 minutes to get a take out order. i have the receipts to prove it. the crowning moment of despair was one day i decided to get a chicken sandwhich. at first bite of the sandwhich. i noticed i bit into a bun– but no chicken. i opened the sanwhich to find a piece of chicken the size of a half dollar, drowning in the bun. i dobnt blame employees for this– this is the companies fault. i DO however blame the employees FORTHETWODIFFERENTHAIRSTHATWEREINTHESANDWHICH. thats right. TWO. DIFFERENT. STRANDSOFHAIR. ONE– short and straight. THESECOND– long and curly. WHATTHEHELLMCDONALDS! MAKEYOURSTAFFWEARHAIRNETS! WTF!

This McDonald’s is one of the best locations in the Bronx. The key is; go late night. Service is prompt. Food is hot to the touch. You’ll see the a lot of Police, EMT’s and staff from Lincolin Hospital right across the street.

Guys. get it together, come on now. as a coworker of mine has said about this McDonalds, «you can go in for a napkin, and come out 15 minutes later.» i dont know whats with this spot, but they sure do take the«fast» out of fast food. From standing in line, to waiting for your order, every part of the process here is painstakingly drawn out. two stars because the food is ok.

Reviewing this place since there are not many dining options in Mott Haven that won’t get you sick or worse get shot. Got some fries here, were kinda cold. However, you can get a Chicken Nuggets or a Big Mac made to order any time, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A godsend when taking overnight call. Just have to be ready to turn away some panhandlers and dodge a few bullets going back to the hospital. All in all, worth it considering there is a level 1 trauma center just across the street.
