Place can never get an order correct! Line is always too slow and drive thru staff is very rude

I don’t want to even give a star, but in order for this to be posted I need to pick a star. I did not purchase food there, but had to use the restroom and it was so disgustingly dirty. Not only was it disturbingly filthy, but the staff was disrespectful and rude. I had to argue with one I guess older teenager because he was rude. There should be no reason why this bathroom would be that dirty and the staff that rude and unhelpful. The department of health will be called to make sure that all is up to standards in order to keep that place open if not it should best closed. So disgusted.

Terrible attitudes! I walked into this McDonalds to order lunch today. I saw one of the employees carrying one of the fry baskets to the deep fryer. While carrying too may, she dropped one of them on the floor, kicked it out of the way, then instead of taking it to the back to wash it, she puts it in the french fry machine like it’s nothing! French fries drop in automatically, and the same basket gets dropped into the oil!
I the process of all this, I asked to speak to a manager. I told her exactly what I saw and she said «OK.» as if she’d handle it. I walked away, waited a minute, and went back to see what the manager was doing. The manager was standing on the left side of the restaurant, laughing with another employee until she saw me looking at her. We made eye contact, and I shook my head and left.

Worst McDonald. The employees do not know how to speak English. They mess up your order 95.9% of the time. Plus it just looks like hood spot to hang out at. For heaven sake the put up construction paper on all the windows and closed just to have a party… Worst staff!

Slow service they took forever to take my order while 2 employees stood in the back doing nothing. When I finally got my food the fries were Luke warm and my burger was sloppy look like it was thrown together in a hurry. I would give it a zero but that’s not an option.

This McDonalds location is actually good in a horrible neighborhood. I’ve gone twice and had the best food, & service. It’s kept very clean. Its located right off Jerome Ave, need I say more? Yea, there’s Wi-​Fi at this location.

Complete with a little drive-​thru and tight parking lot (forget about driving all the way around to get out of the lot), this McDonald’s was fast and relatively clean.
Only negative — for those with cars — you’ll scrape the bottom on the way out of the lot to the East side exit. That should be fixed.
