The worst taxi company, very disorganized. I lost an item (bag) the driver found it and brought it back to the base. I don’t live to far from the base so I go to
Pick up the bag that was found and now it’s missing. The women was very rude and wasnt acknowledging my point of view and was arguing with me when I’m the customer. I was simply upset because they found my bag and now all of a sudden it’s gone and when I say they are disorganized they put me on hold for 20min one day and then another 15 –20 the second time. It’s like everytime I call about my bag they try to ignore me. This happened to me on Saturday it’s about to be Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten my bag back. They always say they are going to call me back but never do. worst TAXI company ever in the Bronx make sure you use this taxi company as a last resort!!!
