Have you ever had one of those experiences where you go into it with no expectations and then everything turns out wonderful? This place looks like if Tom’s Diner(Seinfeld) was set in the Bronx. The service was quick(couldn’t have been more than 10 mins before I got my food) the portion is big($ 7 for an omelet with grits and toast with a tea/coffee) the server was sweet, and it had that classic American diner taste. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t over salt their breakfast food(MTD believes that you have the salt shaker for that). I had an overall excellent experience, so the least I could do is give them 5 stars.

Giving it 4 stars because of the extremely amazing croissant I bought here. Owner of the place was rude, but the croissant was to die for. Bitterly, not that flaky, super soft… mmmm. Oh & this is definitely not a diner. You should take out.

This place has some really good food. I love that it is open really late especially when im coming home from the club. The only bad thing that i have to say about this place is the people or bums i should say that come in after hours. Other than that it is really good.

I had the breakfast special that you could order after 11am it was French toast, Pancakes, eggs bacon and sausage. The French toast wasn’t good to me but everything else was really good

3.5 Number one local spot, been eating here for years. Yummy pizza for my dinner tonite, this place is always an easy go to! Just wish today’s slice was not folded as requested because my cheese is leaning on one side. Everyone knows about pizza fetishes — some eat from the crust to tip, some eat cold pizza and some do not want it folded. Also, it may be a batch thing but the sauce is slightly too sweet. I am aware that no 2 things are the same but for critiques sake… Otherwise, yumz to the pizza and I’ll def be back.

My rating is based on this being a «diner» type place. It’s not fancy but has an overextensive menu. Prices are lower to moderate, in line for diner fare. Wait staff are slow during busy times, but it’s laid back. A healthy decent hot breakfast alternative to «fastfood» places.

The location is a small tidy diner, although appearance wise it is not too impressive the food on the other hand is. I ordered a wrap it was a BLT with chicken and it was delicious, the french fries were quite yummy as well. They do have kids meals as well. I would definitely return to try other foods on the menu. I can’t say much about the service though I think I would rather get my food to go then sit and stay. But the food gets this diner 4 stars.

This place never disappoints me ! Well only one time when i recieved a cold cheeseburger but Speedo fixed that for me. If you go there on a weekend after the club be aware of the crowd. Other than that … i love this place. I always get their chicken with vegetables !!! So yummy ! btw DONOTENTERTHEBATHROOM ! The customer service has always pleased me! The people ehh you just have to mind your business ! The philly cheesestake is delicious too. Great french fries and waffles !!!

The food is great. It’s an old fashioned dinner. But the service is bad. They take long to figure out who has what table, its a messy.

I use to love this place when i was younger, coming in every weekend for family breakfast’s. As for now, ill never go there again. The waitress i had was rude. The chairs were very much old and just the overall apperance isnt appealing. I never made it to the eating part.

Straight up, this is a hood diner but I like it. Disclaimer, church people will ask for a donation, a dominican kid will ask for money for his baseball team and a chinese lady will try to sell you DVD’s. Its cheap, It’s bronxy. Its small and not immaculate but I enjoy the breakfast here. My favorite place ever for cornbeef hash.

I’ve been going to this Diner since it was a pizzaria! That was over 12 years ago. The staff are amazingly friendly and always happy to see you. The food is delicious and well made. The fact that the place is open 24⁄7 makes it a plus. My only complaint that the bathroom is disgusting and their pizza are not that great. Besides that, its worth your money :)

Munch Time Diner has been with the hood for decades of good old fashioned American diner. I cannot believe this diner is not listed in Unilocal despite of its long standing presence, ergo I must add it! Party of two with my baby boy totals an economical late afternoon breakfast at $ 13.50. French Toast with scrambled eggs at $ 5.75 Beef sausage egg + cheese on a hero with Mayo $ 7.00 One small coffee $ 0.75 Service is attentive with only one waitress who serve patrons cordially and attentively. An old school diner that tally the bill by hand where computerized receipts are not found here. One TV is available. Breakfast at 5pm in the late afternoon due to an unproductive morning. It certainly is Munch Time in Da Bronx!
