My Pizza

Food was good. Average when just wanting something quick and inexpensive to eat. I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Fries, Jumbo Wings and Chocolate Mousse Cake. I will definitely get the Wrap again!

Good food, well, it depends what you order. Salads are amazing and so is the chicken cesar wrap!!! The Indian lady is the nicest ever.

This place has so many options! Everything is pretty affordable and delicious. Their burgers and fries are excellent, their salads are made to order, and their pizza is really great!

Let me start off by saying that this rating is moreso in regards to ordering/​delivery and that if you intend to eat-​in, My Pizza is still worth it for the most part. But let’s be honest, most of us are not going to be hanging out in My Pizza so their delivery service is probably why you are reading this… AND IT’S THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! My boyfriend and I are some real gullible folks for still having faith in this place after the multiple times that we have gotten our order hours later (one time my boyfriend had to walk to the store to get our soggy under-​seasoned hot heroes because they were swamped) but being born and raised in the bronx (and it being nearby) we wanted to support our local business! This last time was the last straw, the pesto penne I ordered online came with chunks of chicken (I am vegetarian) and the macaroni salad we ordered was instead macaroni and cheese (with all that luscious fake golden cheese, who doesn’t want to have that?). What’s worse is that when we called to inquire about the mistake, we were directed to the online service, not the actual store, and when they called the store for us, they declined to speak to us because they said a manager wasn’t in! What? I’m exhausting myself with anger as I write this… The only upside is that my boyfriend got double the meals and I had to cook myself a meal (which I clearly didn’t want to do in the first place if I ordered food damnit!)

The food is not fresh and lacks taste. Mostly all the food sold here is pre-​cooked frozen food. The pizza is made is inexpensive mozzarella cheese and also lacks taste. I wouldn’t expect much from this place if your into eating healthy.

If I could give this a –0 star, I would. Sometimes the food gets delivered to me and its not even hot. That is IF the food ever gets to me. They have always forgotten s o m e t h i n g.
No matter what it is, whether it be our soda, or my mozzarella sticks: it’s STILL at the restaurant. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and they fuck it up every time. I use to be a loyal customer (when you’re 9 months pregnant, and baby is craving baked ziti– you listen to baby) every day.
This place lacks so many things like professionalism and organization. Save your time and energy. Walk to a pizzeria, or order somewhere else. Your order will always get messed up. They need to close this place DOWN. It’s no good.

This place lacks organization, professionalism, more importantly; common sense. I have been more than patient with this place but my patience has expired… I ordered a turkey wrap with extra bacon and got ham with one strip of bacon… I was furious. I have the food right here to return it next day. I called and the cook insisted it was turkey; don’t know where he’s from? But here, that’s called ham. If I could, I would give this place a zero, I don’t because delivery man has more professionalism than the main staff.

Food is ok. I give them 2 stars for the food that’s just ok.
I ordered a turkey wrap with fries and a drink through seamless and even though it did say it will take 30 – 45 mins, it took about 10 minutes longer than that. I leave walking distance.
When I got my food it was cold and the wrap wasn’t even turkey, but I ate it anyways, I was hungry!
30 minutes after I ate I get a call and another delivery person comes to bring me my food. The guys that came to bring me my food were super friendly so that’s always awesome. It just seems that there’s a great lack of organization in the part of the restaurant.

Food is a solid 2. However, they are quick, on grubhub and cheap which bumps them up a star.
Wings — Liked the sauce (hot) but there was something off putting about the actual chicken wing. I actually ordered boneless for this very reason, but wasnt going to make a big deal when I got regular wings.
Cheese fries — They use a cheese wiz type cheese, that though not my favorite was nice to switch it up.
Garlic knots — Failed on these pretty bad. They were doughy, oily, and lacked actually remnants of garlic.
All in all an average pizza place that, if you are in the area, and have limited options is not a horrible call.

I discovered My Pizza through GrubHub app. I’ve been ordering online for months now and I just had to take the time out to leave a review and rave about their great service. Lately I love their cheese fries, and BBQ JUMBO WINGS! (you can choose HOT or TERIYAKI though). I’m also happy with their bacon cheeseburgers. Last but not least their pasta is pretty good too. I have ordered the baked ziti and the penne ala vodka. You can add meat to the order if you want. I think they have decent prices and the delivery guy comes inside the building most of the time which I appreciate greatly! I think delivery is fast. They deserve five stars because it’s REALLY hard to please me 100% of the time and that’s what My Pizza has done. Thanks!

Good food!!! Ordered baked ziti and chicken parm and it was delicious. Nice healthy portions. Delivery guy is very nice. I will order from My Pizza again.

Food was great. Delivery was on time. They just forgot some stuff that’s the only reason didn’t give them five stars

Food is good. They fast and clean. Plus prices are good. Always come to try their variety.
