I can’t stop singing the praises of My Wellness Solutions. After years of attempting to cure my hormonal acne issues with expensive dermatologist visits, chemical peels, every topical product you can name, and antibiotics, I, and my pockets, grew tired of not finding a lasting solution. I ventured to My Wellness Solution to seek out ways to cure holistically, despite my dermatologist’s suggestion that there is no connection between diet and acne.
Naturally, as I’ve been on this journey for 5 years, I was skeptical that I would see any improvement, but I’m happy to report that I’m over the moon pleased with the results so far. My experience at the spa was top notch. The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable about not only acne treatments, but ways to live a holistically healthy life.
My aesthetician Berta is a miracle worker! After only 2 acne facial sessions (which I got during a 2 for 1 promotion-​SCORE!) I have seen vast improvements in my skin. The facials, in combination with the gentle products they sell, their 2 week cleanse and dietary recommendations have all contributed to not only improvement in my skin but also in my overall health.
I HIGHLY recommend their services for anyone who has experienced similar adult hormonal acne issues. I look forward to continuing on my journey to healthy skin with My Wellness Solutions!

Very beautifully decorated, clean space, and professional staff. The atmosphere is very calming. In addition to the wellness services, they also have herbs, vitamins, teas, and cleansing formulas.
I got my first colonic here (and last. It was not all that I had hoped for) with a LivingSocial coupon. If you want holistic services at reasonable prices, easy to get to if you live Uptown, and to promote local business — this is the place.

I love coming here. The staff is great. I’ve done a few sessions of acupuncture with Lorna and it has helped to relieve tension in my back/​neck/​shoulders. I had done acupuncture at another place and it doesn’t compare to MWS. I had zero results at the other place I went to. MWS really listens to and targets your issues and pain.

I originally purchased an online deal for the cavitation service and then decided to buy the full package of 10 for $ 1500. They provided the service as expected and made other health and weight loss recommendations to me which I still stick to today. Overall the cavitation helped me lose about a centimeter per session, I definitely lost more when drinking more water and working out. The cavitation really helped shape my loss which was much more important. I have much more of an hour glass shape now, so even though I carry a little extra weight, it looks a lot better. Pricey, but effective. It’s not an overnight or long term solution though, you will not leave having lost inches after a session. Would of continued service had this not been so far from me in Brooklyn and pricey.

I love making my appointments here! Very friendly and knowledgable staff, clean and relaxing environment. I’ve tried the ionic foot bath, colonic, lymphatic massage and the infrared sauna. I will be making yet another appointment for the colonic and ionic foot bath at the end of the month! Don’t let the fact of the Bronx location deter you from coming here. It’s easy to get to!
