Latisha is right, this place fell off since May. I noticed a few weeks back that some of the regular employees including Jenny have been MIA. Her husband has been hovering around in there and from what Jenny had always said, he’s not a good person. Maybe she finally left him for good? Not sure. So when I saw that my regulars were missing, I went on the hunt for a salon with the intention of only going just for that one time, and I haven’t been back to Nails At Last. I found a much better salon on Willismsbridge Road, next to Caridad Restaurant. They are pricier AND very very busy, but I’m extremely satisfied.

I’ve been going to nails at last for over 15 years. The female owner(Jenny) has been MIA for about 2 months. Who we know as her husband stated she was on vacation. Well it’s 2 months later and the service has gone down. He talks to the employees like a piece of shit. Although Maria is amazing with the gel manicures and pedicures it is unethical the way he treats the ladies. My daughter got a pedicure and was sent out the door without drying. When I took her back in to ask where she should dry John the husband/owner stated I should understand that he hasn’t slept all night trying to fix the salon for the customers and he’s putting in new chairs for the customers not his self so I should understand that there is no place to put the dryers to dry nails and feet. In addition Jenny and Judy had loyal customers and are being told she is coming back when clearly they are not returning. Jenny phone number that she had since I’ve known her is no longer working and the salon service now sucks. Oh, when I walked in there was a signed posted for summer specials, pedicure for $ 13. As I sat and waited for my turn the sign was taking down and customers were told the price of pedicures was $ 15 and $ 2 to take off polish because they have new furniture now. SMH! I will be looking for a new salon over the next 2 weeks.
