New Sweety Nails

I usually like going to this salon, but for today I had the worst experience every. The Lady broke my the nail off my big nail. I told her not to put any nail polish on my toe bc i know it’s going to get it infected, I wait almost 2 hours to get my nails done so I ask could I get some kinda discount for her breaking my toe nail off when she took off the acrylic… Every time I go to this salon I have a bad experience but it’s close to my house and I go bc of Mindy, but I left and got in a cab to go across town so I can get my nails done… I told the lady that I’ll pay but I will not be back ir nor will I recommend any one to go to this salon every land she said «I don’t care if you never come back» not only am I going to call Mindy and I also going to A call the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) as well very pissed customer

I’ve been going to this salon since I was in high school before mindy became the owner. I normally make an appointment with her for my fill in and eyebrows. Appointments aren’t needed but this place gets super busy. So bring patience with you.
