I ordered a bed for my son online. Two weeks later they email me saying the bed is out of stock and the order was cancelled. I call that unbelievably horrible customer service. My son refuses to sleep in his crib anymore and has been sleeping on a couch and here we were thinking any day now his bed would be here. Instead the order was cancelled two weeks after I placed the order and now I have to go somewhere else and probably wait another two weeks for my sons bed to come while he continues to sleep on a couch! Unbelievable! Besides that none of the phone numbers work to talk to someone.
