Ola Pediatrics

I’m not happy with this practice. I took my daughter here for about a year and my last visit was the last straw. Dr. Olivera is not kind, her attitude is not one that enjoys treating children. I should have seen the writing on the wall when I waited 1.5 hours for my daughter to be seen. The staff is disorganized with scheduling and at times unfriendly. After giving them many chances because the nurses are kind and Dr. Diaz is wonderful but my last visit was the final straw. The doctor substituting for Dr. Diaz while on maternity said and I quote, «your daughter would be prettier if she were thinner». My daughter is 20 months old and with in range of her body weight and height. If was an uncalled for comment and absolutely unprofessional.

If you are going to this Dr for an Esthetic treatment [Botox, Dysport] Don’t, You will be sorry! Although she is listed as a pediatrician, Esthetics are her side business. I went to see Dr Olivero for a Dysport treatment at a discounted rate, thinking I would save a few dollars [big mistake, always stick with what works]. I’m no stranger to Botox and am very aware of the protocol Dr.‘s use when injecting it. The first Red flag went up when she took the bottle of Botox and the syringes and went out of the room to «prepare the injections». This «preparation» took a long time because she was diluting the Dysport which already comes premixed. The first Dr who gave me Botox years ago told me that whenever you get this treatment make sure you see the Dr open a sealed bottle and load the syringes directly because a lot of unscrupulous physicians and nurses will «cut» the product to save money and cheat the consumer out of an effective treatment. After leaving the office I was told to come back in two weeks «For a light correction» [that i would have to pay for!] Well its been longer than two weeks and it was like I never had a treatment. So now I ended up spending twice as much to get it done correctly elsewhere. Bad business and poor ethics are «The corrective treatment» you will receive at this office!

Went to their new location. Not crazy about the hour wait when there was only 3 patients in the building (includes the waiting room). I have a toddler and I feel that the physician that I seen was just not as good as my former physician that I had for her.
