Papa John’s Pizza

Really really disappointed. Ordered exactly what me and my husband were feeling for, and got a call back about 3 minutes after I placed the order online to for a little girl to let us know «there ain’t no beef or chicken or boneless chicken. Whatchu wanna do?» EXCUSE ME???
I love PJ’s. But… I’ll stick to dominoes next time I want some pizza delivery.

Will no longer buy from this location. I have had pizzas half done, dough iin center was raw. But today as abpregnant woman who wanted papa johns for the garlic sauce Im over them. They sent my pizza with marinara sauce. Since When? I have been ordering PJ for years n mever have I got marinara sauce. I called and the customer service rep says «Oh we should have called you back and told you we were all out of garlic sauce» IM DONE

Ordered from PJ few times, most of the orders came hot and within reasonable time. Except for one time when I needed to call twice and o both times I was told that the delivery man should be there in few minutes.
I love PJ Pizza, maybe it is the extras that come with Pizza, maybe it is just that Pizza from PJ will always bring good memories to me.

This Papa John’s location fucking SUCKS. Usually I order online and pay with a credit card, but the wait time is WAY too long (usually over an hour on the weekends) and if you decide to call the store to check on the status of your order, be prepared to have a ghetto ass 17 year old answer the phone while talking to other customers in the store at the same time. They always tell you «he’s on his way» without actually checking a damn thing. I can’t stand this Papa Johns. They all sound like they’re straight out of high school and don’t wanna bother with decent customer service whatsoever. Playing loud music in the background as if there’s a party going on. So disgraceful and unprofessional. And the delivery guy can FORGET about a damn tip. Tuh! The one star I gave is for the food tasting good, other than that I suggest not ever giving this place any more business.

Every time I order from this location my order comes out wrong. From now on I will go to a different location.

I bought a small pizza (chicken, onions, green peppers and pineapple) and an order of hot wings (8 pieces.) The service, however, SUCKED! Took over an hour for delivery. I live in a 5 floor building. When the delivery guy arrived he said he was in the lobby but was not. He was outside. I walked up and down 4 flight of stairs and it turns out he was outside of the building. HOW is the outside of a building now considered a lobby? I was also short of a hot wing.
Only 3 stars because the food was good. I love papa johns but won’t be ordering from this one again.

The worst place to order… I actually ordered Dominoes from here, I guess there is a papa johns and a dominoes. Took over an hour! Food was cold! Never again

Not the best place to order from for pizza EVER. I got one of the specials: One Large Pizza (two toppings) Original with Any Bread Side for $ 14.99. Did a pickup order so not sure how delivery is.
–Two toppings picked were sausage and banana peppers. I absolutely love banana peppers so this made the pizza a bit better. Breadsticks were decent too, I guess a bit fattening to eat on top of alot of pizza to eat, but whatever. It served its purpose that day, food was good enough.
*There are other deals that are good, maybe help the rating go higher next time.
