Ordered from here and they were very nice on the phone the food was excellent it was so tasty the pork chops and the Mojito that they give you with it excellent. My only hang up is the time that they told you it would be there it actually took 15 minutes longer so I waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food I was starving by the time I got it

I ordered food at 12:57 pm today and it’s now 1:51pm and my food hasn’t been delivered. I was told 20 minutes. I will write another review if I ever receive my food.

This is the joint… Their food is ALL good never had a bad meal… MMmmmmm delicioso… The ribs and black rice make you dance, oh and the potatoe salad (grandma status)

I used to love this place but they’ve come to disappoint me over and over again. I usually overlook when they send the wrong soda or if one of the things I ordered is a bit soggy because I’ve had amazing food there before. But today I had just about enough of them. I ordered one of their combos thru Grubhub and chose the option to get tostones as a side (like I have multiple times) but when the food arrived there was a salad instead. I called the restaurant to let them know of the situation and the woman who answered rudely told me that the only option that comes with the combo is a salad. I tried explaining that when I’ve ordered in person in the restaurant, they’ve told me that tostones can only be ordered as a side in the combo through Grubhub but not if you’re ordering in the actual restaurant because it’s not on their paper menu or whatever. Every time I tried telling her that I ALWAYS order tostones as a side, she kept talking over me and saying that she had the paper menu in front of her and it wasn’t on it. I mean seriously, if they didn’t offer tostones as a side then why was it an option at all? How was I able to click on the tostones button? Even if that was actually the case, why wouldn’t they call me to tell me they were changing my order? My boyfriend called a bit after, and she said she was sending us an order of tostones and that she «fixed the problem and took the option off of Grubhub». She did send the tostones, but they were undercooked. And after all that, once I opened the rest of the food I realized the wrong type of rice was sent, as well as the wrong soda. Safe to say I’m no longer ordering from here. I’ll be going to 3 Way Restaurant instead– it’s a bit pricier but the food is way better anyway.

Good spot for a quick lunch as it gets packed and has very tightly spaced seating. The food was good. Proportion size was mediocre. Service good have been better.

I have placed an order on Seamless web & the restaurant didn’t have a few items on the menu therefore was replaced with less priced items such as mashed potatoes $ 6.00 replaced with tostones $ 4.00 & avocado salad $ 6.00 replaced with small green salad $ 2.00. The restaurant did not offer any refund & felt that my order was complete since they replaced items that I didn’t order in the first place. I recommend not to order from such a dishonest establishment or maybe the person on the other end of the phone doesn’t understand English very well.
The food is decent therefore my rating is only 1 star.

Ordered through grubhub. The absolute worst steak sandwich I have ever had. Arrived 30 minutes past the stated delivery time. Sandwich and fries on the cool side of lukewarm. Steak was tough and cooked well even though I requested medium. One slice of hot, flimsy, wilted lettuce that I did not request. Stretchy, soggy bread.

I ordered food through grub hub, the estimated delivery time was 9:45 pm, an hour after the order was placed. I received my food at 11:00pm, after 3 phone calls inquiring where my delivery was. Thats more than two hours after the order was placed. When the food arrived, half of my order was missing. The restaurant didn’t even bother to apologize. I will never order from this restaurant again, the food is not worth it.

worst restaurant in the whole area, they took 01:30 minutes to bring a simple order and when they brought the food it was cold.
beans were stale, fried plantains were cold also the rice and meat .
i would recommend to order food from EL VALLE better.

They have chicken and ribs on the grill at all times. Amazing lunch specials $ 2.75 lunch
I have the spaghetti con pollo, my husband had the rabo (oxtail) both were good. Not amazingly good but decent I would eat here again. Also a plus was the fast service and prices.

it was lunchtime and the tables available were dirty but they did their best to get them cleaned for us.
super cheap ($ 5.95 lunch special), great food, i had the pernil, juicy and tender with fried plantains, the white rice and beans, come in a cup, white bean soup-​like, were amazing too. the grilled chicken looked and smelled unreal.

Love this place. It’s never failed me.
I usually get the chicken mofongo or the lemon chicken with tostones. Always get the tostones. You can’t go wrong with them.
You can also never go wrong with getting some grilled chicken.
I do agree with the previous reviewer saying they need to figure out a system for when it gets crowded. I know how to work this kind of place so it’s not a problem for me, but when they get busy and more popular, they don’t want to keep pissing people off like that.

Didnt get to eat here but I know the service is bad.
The waitress turned us away because she said all the tables were taken when we asked what the wait will be she said «i dont know» I just sit people down.
They need a better system maybe a list would help lol
