I used Pelham Bay Carpet Cleaning to clean two armchairs and two footstools. Frank did an amazing job, the items looked brand new when he was done. He was punctual, professional, and reasonable. I am already planning to have him back to do my dining room chairs. Highly recommended!

I called Pelham Bay carpet cleaning to clean pet stains out of a custom couch. Frank showed up on time, deep cleaned the couch for several hours, and also cleaned two area rugs. I have had this couch professionally cleaned once a year 5 years, and it hasn’t looked this good since it was new!

I decided to use Pelham Bay Carpet Cleaning based on his Unilocal reviews. I had a very serious odor problem due to housebreaking my puppy. (…or not housebreaking my puppy.) I didn’t want a franchise company. I wanted a local guy. Frank came by and gave me a good estimate about what he could and couldn’t do, how much time it would take and the cost. He was spot on with everything. He did a great job and showed a lot of pride in making sure we were satisfied. He even followed up and offered to come back if we were less than satisfied. Highly recommended.
