I placed an order of the $ 5.00 menue double order stixs, 8 pieces boneless wings and an order of regular bone in 6 piece wings; a total of $ 21.74 at the 2019 Westchester Aveneue location in Bronx, NY. When i picked up my order i noticed I was missing one order of my double $ 5.00 stix. The manager was very rude, arrogant, stubborn and obnoxious. She claims that the double order stix for $ 5.00 is valid only if you order it on line. Which makes absolutely no sense. She stated that if you ordrr it over the phine or in person the offer is not valid. So I asked her about the rest of the menu items. She stated that the only false advertisement is the double order of stix. My spouse ans i became so irritated with the manager that we demanded our money to be returned. She is a scam artist and is ripping people off. This franchise lost us as customers. This is appalling. This store should be investigated and fined. Let’s not forget a mandatory training in customer service.

Your location in the Bronx, NY 10 462 absolutely sucks. I ordered a pizza today online at 10:32AM for a pick up at 1:15PM. I arrived at the location about 45 minutes early, and assumed they hadn’t started the pizza yet so I told them I was a bit early and asked if they could start to make the pizza at the time I arrived seeing that they hadn’t started it anyway. The woman working the front denied my request and told me I had to wait until exactly 1:15PM for my order to be ready. I complied sat there and waited until 1:15PM, at 1:00PM I noticed the woman was no longer at the front so I assumed she was packing my order up. Mind you there was no one going in or out, no phone calls… It was dead! She never returned to the front, and at 1:15PM… At least 15 minutes after she left the front I called out for assistance. No one answered, I then seen her in the back of the store, on her phone and ignoring me. It was then clear, my order had never even been made. I then said the hell with this place and left, I will never EVER return to this store. Their workers don’t care about their customers or their jobs. I wouldn’t trust the food that came out of that place anyway just by how she was acting. I’m disappointed because I was really looking forward to Pizza Hut too. That place is terrible!

Decided to give the food a try after seeing a commercial of the cheesy garlic knots. I ordered a medium pie with pepperoni along with the order of cheese stuff garlic knots. The order took about an hour and a half to come. Which I didn’t necessarily understand seeing as though the restaurant is less than 15 minutes away driving. Nonetheless when the order came the pizza was cold and the garlic knots were just okay. The garlic knots had what looked like melted cheese inside of them rather than «stuffed cheese» as the commercial and description shown on the infomercial. Was a little disappointed after waiting an hour and half for food for it to be cold and just okay. If I’m to give this place a another try I would probably order and pick up to see if there’s a difference in the overall meal.

I’ve was really excited to get some pizza from pizza hut on a Friday night due to the fact that I didn’t have to cook. I had over 3 medium puzza, pasta along with bread sticks and for dessert, it was the heresy brownies. This all was for a family of 6. Well, suffice to say the pizza along with the brownies were DISGUSTING… I was really surprised as well as disappointed. I do not recommend however, the customer service was excellent; the cashier’s name was Eejay who was very nice

No stars. The employees here are so rude. I ordered a pizza at 3:30 pm and I wanted to add more to my order so I tried calling back and no one answered took me an hour to get through then when I finally got through they put me on hold for it seemed like 20 min. I was trying to talk to them so they wouldn’t have to make two trips And they could deliver everything at once. After I got to speak to someone I explained to the women that put me on hold and she yelled at me. I’m not the type of person to ever be rude to anyone. But clearly she is. Then the delivery boy calls me a block away and tells me to come downstairs and wait. I did. I asked the delivery boy why he couldn’t take it to my door then he said with an attitude «that’s not my job» so I said ok tipped the kid and never ordered from here again.

Usually pretty great pizzas, i havent gotten sick yet. I just recently ordered a pizza, i called just to make sure they got my order and that it has left since its already 30 min behind schedule. Got a rude girl on the phone. I hate that im just asking a question and already im being greeted with rudeness. If you dont like your job quit. I love pizza gut but my goodness

Ordered at 7:11pm now 7:50 as I type this, still standing here waiting on a meat marinara pasta. I asked why its taking so long the girl seem have taken just as long to register the question into her brain. Then slowly proceeds to take 4 steps toward the kitchen. Comes back and stares at the 6 waiting customers with a blank stare all this waiting for pasta for gods sake. Never again. Its now 8:06pm she brings the pasta without bread sticks adding another 5 minutes to the wait. Finally out of here. First and last visit. Corporate take note.

I’ve ordered for delivery from this Pizza Hut several times and like all the other reviews, I tolerate the POOR customer service because we love the pizza. The wait time for your food to get delivered is unacceptable (2hrs approx.) and there has been incidents TWICE that I never received my food. Paid for and everything. I will never order from here again. Unacceptable!

There is not many times I come here, because the customer service is so bad. This time however was a wonderful casher named Patricia. Not only was she friendly and polite, but she also went through on what I ordered. I would come back only if she was taking my order. She is a fresh face that this place truly needed.

So tonight was the first night I’ve ever been here… It’s been here over a year and so. My wife is a Vegan so I ordered the Vegetarian with no cheese and BAM! You got Vegan Pizza. With that said the Pizza was good.
Now, let’s talk bout the wait… YOU WILL WAIT… AND WAIT… AND WAIT. Not a good look folks. Please, I know you get ordered deliveries by the dozens coming in, but somethings got to give.
Felt like I could have gone on a short vacation and get the pizza once I was back. SMH. Oh well.

Pizza is good but it takes hours to get your order! 2ht wait for delivery and up to an hour long wait for pickup even if the store is empty! Not sure how they’re amazing there time but it’s frustrating when they’re the only Pizza Hut for miles!

The new Pizza Hut location on Westchester Ave near the Parkchester section of the Bronx has been long over do, and the food is exactly what you would expect to get from a Pizza Hut restaurant (with the exception of the P’Zones. This location does not make them anymore).
However, their online ordering and delivery service, leave something to be desired. There have been a few times that I have placed a online order two hours in advance and when I go to pick up my order (and keep in mind I arrive maybe 10 – 15 minutes after the time I set to have my order ready) I still wind up waiting 15 – 20 minutes for a pizza I ordered two hours ago! Not Kool!
While Pizza Hut food is good, it really is not worth the aggravation of making advanced orders and STILL having to wait for your order when you get to the location. If they step up there game with the online ordering and delivery service I may rate them better in the future.
