I will never order from this dump again it took almost 3 hrs to deliver my food to me in which I called 3 different times and was told 3 different stories by 3 different people about my food being ready but in reality they didn’t even start cooking it until 2 hrs after I placed the order only to have the food finally arrive and it was horrible dry and bland save yourself the headache and don’t even bother coming here this place really should be shut down its useless

Wings are awsome! Although, I gotta admit the last time I went the place smelled like a kennel!

This place was not good at all. The mozzarella sticks were tasteless. The cheesesteak tasted like it came from my middle school cafeteria. And the honey mustard wings left a coating in your mouth. My friend and I ordered a 15 piece and only ate about 4, they just weren’t tasty. There were also people loitering outside and inside (that weren’t eating) which made it a little bit uncomfortable for us to sit down and enjoy our meal. It’s getting two stars because the place was clean, the employees were friendly, and the food was served hot. However, this is not a good spot to go to for food, it will not satisfy your cravings.

Great wings. it’s made fresh, I would recommend calling ahead, it takes like 15 mins. Ordered take out like 5 times and always on point. It’s gotten to be one of those weekly craving spots for me.

Food was fresh tasted amazing. The delivery could have been faster but it was worth the wait and the guy was polite.

This place is really good! Wings are always juicy ive tried other PWs and this one just taste a lot better! Menu is locked and loaded with a crazy selection but their wings definitely take the cake!

Wings are really fresh and good. Burgers are the bomb. Will definitely order from them again

Horrible delivery service. Literally took 2 ½ to bring cold wings. To make matters worst. They didn’t put any blue cheese or ranch. Mind you we order 100 wings and asked for extra blue cheese and ranch. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

The food is great they. Delivered the food in the time frame given to you. Gave only four star because they forgot the extra sauces that i asked for and food was a lil cold but i do live far so i cant complain lol

Really good quality and selections of burgers. Everything made to order fresh never frozen. Wings fried just right topped off with their honey bbq sauce.

I have ordered from this place 2 times and my food has been delivered after 2 hrs of placing the order, if your not too hungry and like cold food then order delivery, otherwise pick up might be a better option.

I ordered wings for delivery, it took a hour and a half to be delivered. The curly fries came cold and soggy. The wings were good nothing special. I also ordered the California chicken sandwich, which was mediocre at best.

they are clean, take your order quick, the food is good and they have a variety, the employees are nice enough, In my neighborhood!
4 stars because they can take long to deliver your order.

however, it’s pretty efficient if they deliver your food on Super Bowl Sunday within the 1 hr of ordering online!!!
Foods good. Best sauce for chicken strips it’s the medium with blue cheese on the side !!

I’ve been rocking with PW since about last year in West Orange. Always consistent as far as food goes & I pretty much get the same thing when I go there. Boneless wings (fat boy need a 10 piece) lol & I choose a different sauce every time & either chicken or beef tacos. This particular location (187^th st) is smack dab in the hood so just be cautious when you go. The cashiers are attentive, patient etc & the food takes awhile, but It’s worth 15 mins or so. The only issue I had was when one of the guys who took my order over the phone would NOT let me switch my sauces for my wings as I ordered 15 instead of 10. I have to realize that not every place is like Buffalo Wild Wings where you can ask for multiple sauces, but I was heated about that. In any event, the food is very good & It’s perfect for a night in with your girlfriend/​boyfriend, your family etc, perfect for football games at home as well. I almost forgot to touch on this important matter… their lemon pepper sauce is better than Wing Stop IN MY OPINION. See for yourself, but I don’t play when it comes to food…& try butter garlic as well. You WON’T be disappointed!

I went in to get a salad on my lunch break. As I ordered they told me it would be 10 – 15 mins for it to be ready. (For a salad really. I thought this was fast food) Since I already paid I sat and waited figuring the cashier was exaggerating. After sitting there for 25 mins I decided to ask for a refund because I no longer had time to eat my lunch. The cashier couldn’t process it for me because the manager is the only 1 with access and he was out to lunch. Smh. I was informed to call later. I called later got another employer who informed me that the cashier lied and the manager was off that day and wouldn’t be in till tomorrow. I eventually had to call almost a dozen times to reach a manger to confirm that the refund had been processed. Worst lunch idea ever!

Love love the hot wings and the curly fries are to die for. Live nearby so whenever i crave just order. Delivery is fast.

Tons of different flavors and it sure beats trying to get out to BW3s for some good wings. The only downside is that the wings are on the small side.
Service was very prompt and quick!

Generally speaking, I loathe the entire concept of «fast food» and feel as though it’s a major contributor to the obesity epidemic in America. However, Planet Wings is the crack of fast food, and they have some options that don’t send me into a carb crash half an hour after after consumption.
I’ve ordered from two different locations over the years, Ossining in Westchester and 187^th St in the Bronx. My faves are the boneless wings, salads and their honey mustard wing sauce.
You can customize everything you order, whether on the phone or online. The only opportunities for improvement I see is that their corporate online portal is a bit glitchy and orders seem more prone to human error than typical food delivery. There was one night that the food didn’t even make it — even after four hours — because the delivery guy wasn’t «working out» for them. I must say, however, once they got the right staff on board, things improved. And, like I said, some of the menu options are the equivalent of food crack, so I’ve chosen to let the occassional issues slide.

The food? 5 stars. I am obsessed with the boneless hot wings and their burgers. I am always disappointed by burgers that are not five guys lol but the burgers here come pretty close! Fresh made beef! YUM!
My mom tried the quesadilla, gave it five stars! Everytime I go to the location its empty which I love because that means you can eat in peace.
The downside though, is the spanish guy who works there. Hes not horrible but not exactly enthusiastic either.
And be prepared to wait whether you order at the restaurant or order for delivery! I live like 5 minutes away from this location and it takes about 20 – 30 minutes in the restaurant and 40 – 50 minutes delivered.
