The pupusas here are excellent! So delicious I could eat them three meals a day. Definitely worth it to stop by.

The pupusas here are amazing. This little place right off the St. Lawrence Avenue 6 train stop serves up authentic El Salvadoran food. I tried the Chicharrón y Queso(pork and cheese) along with Queso y Loroco(cheese and loroco). First the pork and cheese. The pork had that really awesome fatty and distinctive pork flavor which went great with the melted cheese. As for the Loroco(an edible flower native to El Salvador) and Cheese, I thought the Loroco had a very earthy-ish, interesting, and hard to describe taste. For 2.50 a pupusa its a great deal(so is the green sauce on the side).

Yummy pupusas! I took my mom for Mother’s Day with the rest of my family. They had the carne asada and it looked delicious! I had the pupusas revueltas and the cheese and jalapeño ones, and they were just amazing. This is going to be our new local lunch spot whenever my husband and I go visit our parents. Highly recommend it!
