Ricky and Earl came from Renotex yesterday afternoon right on time and in 1.5 hours the wall-​to-​wall carpeting in my two bedroom apartment was transformed. They took their time — first moving the furniture themselves and vacuuming with an industrial vacuum (which they lugged up the stairs uncomplaining to our fifth floor apartment). Then Ricky took his time shampooing the wool carpeting with their water-​based, PH neutral cleaner that is safe for children (and our two cats). They were both friendly and worked with focus and evident expertise. When the carpet was done, they laid down paper throughout the apartment so that we could walk about freely in the 6+ hours it would take to dry. The carpet is glowing and all this for $ 139 — their standard price. (They’ll give you an estimate before they begin work.) Truly an awesome company — been around for many years — Ricky has been with the company for 18 years and Earl for 14. Ask for Noël and he will set up up. Recommended to us by our good friends and I am happy to keep passing the word.
