This store is the worst rite aid in this relative neighborhood! No one ever knows ANYTHING about ANYTHING! Everyone just stands around chillin out while the line gets longer and longer. Every time I come here, I have to go to the pharmacy section with a smile and ask them to ring me up, even though I don’t have a script. They’re actually the best part of this store. This store closes at 10pm — at 9:45 there were 9 people on line, 5 employees hanging around, and only one register open. The manager was on the phone seemingly sweet talking the person on the other end. Just because this store is in the hood doesn’t mean that we don’t deserve excellent service.
