Rite Aid

The pharmacist Services is absolutely horrible at this location. After taking my prescription and my contact information and telling me that being that it’s a controlled substance, it will take a while and they will call me when it’s ready, I never received a call back. When I returned in the morning I was told my Insurance card is expired. Remember they took my contact info. I gave them the correct card, my information was deleted. So it had to be processed again, then I was told that the medication has to be ordered, they don’t have it after I was told they had it the night before. The service is horrible! The workers are inconsiderate and they totally wasted my time. After having spinal compression surgery no one should have to be subjected to workers that don’t take pride in customer service. If you need pain medication and just had surgery I advise you don’t use this location.

I had to get a prescription filled at the pharmacy. It was really late and this is the closest 24hrs pharmacy I know of and the fact that it’s 24 hours is the only reason they get 2 stars.
They filled my prescription completely wrong and were rude after the fact instead of apologizing.
I’d rather suffer through the night and wait until morning to go to a different Rite Aid to get my medicine than come back here!

Pretty cool for a late night visit. Most other Rite Aid Stores are beyond messy and disorganized, especially in the Bronx, but not this one. Pretty typical for a Rite Aid.
