Called Friday to place an order for a cake. Specifically asked if cake would be ready for Saturday at 10AM and sarcastically was told that it would be ready at 10:05 the latest! Arrived on Saturday to pick up cake and it was not ready Lady was very rude and has no people skills! Asked her to please check how much longer it was going to be, 25 minutes later, and she told me she was too busy with the walk in customers. Finally the cake comes out… so I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn’t me a receipt because who ever took my order over the phone should not have done so??? After all this… the cake tastes awful!!! The place is a dump and their employees need customer service training!!! Will never buy from them again!!!
