Rosy’s Manor

I had my son’s 2^nd birthday party here last Saturday 3÷5÷2016. It was a pleasant experience. Rosy, her mom and staff were helpful. They stayed the whole night but were in their office. Whenever you needed anything, they were a knock away. Anything I needed that I had forgotten, they had available– for ex. scissors, a knife to cut the cake, a marker and even an extra table for my candy buffet. The venue (including the bathroom and kitchen area) is very clean, spacious and nicely kept. Everything looks brand new. The venue is located in a lower level, which made it difficult for guest to find (according to my guest, even though I put details in the invite) but a few balloons on the outside door helped that issue. Being on the lower level gave you more privacy and the added security makes you feel even safer and more comfortable. My guest kept telling me the door was locked, which I was confused because we didn’t lock it, then we found out there was an intercom system. It would of been helpful to know that beforehand, but that’s ok I liked it because it made us feel even more protected knowing not anyone can just walk off the street into the venue. I can say I was a little annoyed when I first arrived, because I was told we can start setting up at 4pm, and upon arrival I was told it was not until 5pm. Good thing I was running late and didn’t arrive until 4:45pm. However, it would of been helpful to let us start unpacking the U-​haul van and my trunk 15 mins early. Even my cake lady had arrived before me to deliver the cake and she was not allowed to enter neither until 5pm. I understand it was not intentional since there is a dance class that ends there at 4pm. Good thing I brought some relatives and friends to help decorate, because honestly, from past experience two hours is not enough time to decorate (party began at 7pm). In this case, it worked out perfectly. I wish I would of known they offered decorating services at well. I would of definitely purchased it. I was able to rent my table linens and runners from Rosy’s Manor, which saved me from trying to find a place to rent it from. I also liked the sound system included with the venue, it saved me about $ 300 on hiring a DJ. I only wish we could of had the option to purchase more time for the party. Since you have to be out by 1am, I felt bad trying to rush my guest to leave and my family to start picking up so we can be out by 1am and not loose our security fee. The only thing we had to clean up was the tables and the food in the kitchen area, Rosy and her staff did the rest. Other then that, I can say we had a perfect night celebrating my baby boy’s 2^nd birthday party. Everyone enjoyed themselves and really liked the venue. Thank you Rosy and staff for the well kept, clean and beautiful venue and for your help that night. I will keep you in mind for future events and have already referred you to family/​friends.

There isn’t one negative comment I can say about this venue. I threw my son’s 5^th birthday party here and everything went absolutely perfect! The space is a nice size. Very nice kitchen & beautifully clean bathroom. The staff is wonderful & the prices were accommodating. I couldn’t complain at all. I do wish both Friday & Saturday’s hours were as flexible as Sunday’s but still very pleased :)

We were fortunate enough to have this venue available for my mom’s 65^th birthday party. We wanted an empty hall that didn’t force catering on you and would provide a clean and comfortable experience for all our guests at an affordable price. This place fit the bill.
The venue itself is newly renovated with new floors and a great sound system that is available to you. If you want to save some money you can just plug in your own ipod and not have to hire a DJ. The space is located on a lower level in what used to be a gym. So you’ll have to take an elevator or stairs down. However, this turns out to be a positive because it is off the street level giving it a private, secluded feel.
Included in the price is a kitchen with a fridge, use of the sound system, and staff members, including Rosy, who are around to help your event run smoothly. Rosy and her family are great and willing to go above and beyond. They assisted with decorations and were eager to help with anything we needed before and during our party. It was one of the first cooler days of Fall and threats of rain. I was blown away when Rosy said they set up a complimentary coat check for our guests. Personal touches like this are not expected and really make the difference.
One thing to note, there is no private parking available. However, there is plenty of parking available along Tremont Ave, especially during the evening. In addition, many of our guests commented how the place was difficult to find or that they had to drive by a few times to locate it. There is a prominent sign out front now but still, something to keep in mind.
The place is clean, has ample interior space and is great for a variety of uses. Rosy’s Manor provides an affordable venue and doesn’t cut back on quality. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for an event space and will definitely use them again if we need a space in the future!

I celebrated my son’s 1^st birthday party at this venue/​hall on 9÷13÷15. The place is beyond clean, spacious (for up possibly 80 people) and accomodating. There is an elevator which makes it great for mommys with strollers and those in wheel chairs. The bathrooms are clean and have a baby changing station. There is a kitchen with two clean long countertops (great for buffet settings), there is a refrigerator available to use and a microwave.
Rosanna and Rita (the owners and hosts) are excellent, accomodating and helpful ladies. Rosanna helped me set the table clothes on the tables when i was running late with decorating. If anything spilled, Mrs Rita was on it. They made themselves available throughout the party but at the same time respected our privacy.
This place comes equipped with round tables and nice white wodden chairs. The place is brand new and is well kept, therefore, it gives your affairs/​event a fancy look. I didnt have a DJ but the place has a good sound system and we used our ipod.
I love love this place and so did my guests. I will use it again. The location is great (safe neighborhood). The price, i think was very decent and affordable for a well kept venue. Im glad i did business with them

AMAZING! Had my sons 1^st birthday there this past Saturday 9−12−15. Rosys manor is beautiful, clean, spacious fits 80 people comfortably the perfect location for any type of event. Rosy & her family are the best they take pride in their business & are the true definition of hands on hosts. It was a pleasure doing business with them & I look forward to doing future events there.

The place is amazing! Rita & Rosana are 2 of the greatest hosts in the business. I booked a luncheon at the extreme last minute and I was accommodated without question. The space is big, clean & bright. The built in sound system lightened the mood with amazing sounds. I give Rosys Manor 5 stars for an all around perfect event!!! I have already recommended the space to multiple friends and will continue to recommend it!
