I was a regular customer of their drop off service until I took my clothes home one day and they all smelled like they had been in a fire. I brought the clothes back and the attendant told me, «oh, yes, the drier had an electrical issue and burned so that’s probably why your clothes smelled like that».
Unbelievably, they gave them back to me smelling like this. I got my clothes rewashed and never went back.
As a side note, parking is terrible — watch out for parking tickets even if you stop for just a minute.

This is a great little laundromat, albeit on the small size. We went here because it was close to our bank and we were new in town. The attendant was great (we’d never used a laundromat before) — she helped us out with how to use the machines without ruining our clothes, and she seemed to know most of the people inside. She even recommended a good dry cleaner’s nearby too. They have tons of fans for when it gets hot, and several TVs for you to watch while you wait for your clothes to dry.
