Didn’t see dr. Shein (booked). My husband’s case was urgent and needed to see somebody (herniated disc/history of scoliosis). Reception was nice to make an appt as soon as possible for Monday, and I called on Thursday. Seen dr Shein’s PA (Martha Castro). She was very comforting and adamant that he needed further testing. They performed a back X-ray on site, but will need a MRI– which is off site. The office provided us with a back brace on site and to be billed to our insurance. The med tech (Tina/Dina) was very nice and friendly and explain everything to us and making sure we left the office with all our questions answered. So far so good.
