I came into this Starbucks to relax and enjoy my favorite Starbucks products. The Barista came up with a lie about Starbucks policy and overcharged me for a drink that I have gotten from different Starbucks around the US the same way. It is disheartening because the location is very convenient and at first glance seems like a cool place to come and hang out. I will probably never come back because he seems to be the manager of this location and if the LEADER is leading this way then the employees will usually follow. He gives Starbucks brand a name!

This is my local Starbucks and I love it… One it’s hardly ever super packed, the baristas are very knowledgeable about there craft and everyone is friendly… There are always seats available and it’s a nice and quiet atmosphere…

I went in a few days ago for a French Vanilla Cappuccino. For starters, the tables were really messy and theres this large table that looks like it belongs in some park. It doesn’t fit the store well. The cappuccino was wayyy to milky, i barely tasted any coffee. I was also missing the foam from my drink. Waste of 5 bucks. Only gave this place 2 stars because the cashier was friendly.

I had the most chocolatey Double Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino ever at this Starbucks! Also the staff was very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was nice too.

Good place for me to read book, love their music. Coffee is good as they listen well to what I want. Be ware not coming when it’s lunch time cause obviously the doctors around here loving this Starbucks on their break. Their holiday drinks are excellent, I tried almost all of them. For single girls, you can easily got hit on by desperate guys here hehe. Also the employees are very nice, way better manner here than some other Starbucks in Manhattan.

In comparison to other Starbucks, the personnel here actually pays more attention and keep their hands clean. As expected, they have wifi. Parking gets tough during the coffee rush hour.

Honestly waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee because cashier forget to put it in. RIDICULOUS! Get it together Eastchester! I think manager is not holding its workers accountable or processes are not being followed properly.

I can speak intelligently about the service at Starbucks, and its locations. This is because I’ve been to hundreds of them. The friendliness of the staff at this Eastchester, Bronx location doesn’t trump the continuous lack of product at both peak and off-peak hours, the fucking sucky Internet, and the mismanagement of staffing resources to combat the long lines. However, did I mention that the employees are friendly?

Worst service I have ever gotten at a starbucks across the globe thus far. I ordered a Venti iced coffee and an iced dopio… considering the venue was a bit busy(about 8 people before me) I expected to wait a reasonably comensurate time per drink prep. So, I patiently waited for my basic coffee drinks… but after 10mins I acknowledged there was a deficiency in productivity and service, but I still waited in considering empathy without speaking up(because Starbucks has earned a stellar reputation for service with me). But, as I kindly waited, people that came after me were getting their more complex drinks made and served. It was only after 20 mins that I finally got my venti(and all 8 patrons before me and some arriving after me got their drinks). After waiting what is universally understood to be an excessive 25 mins for an espresso on ice… I asked about my drink and the barista responded with an irritated aggression. I assured him I wasn’t being nasty and I just wanted to make sure they hadn’t forgotten my simple drink as they continued to make drinks for patrons that arrived after me. It was another 5 minutes until I got a dopio on ice. But I noticed my dopio looked frothy and when I tasted it – it was full of milk and sugar… so I politely asked what was in it… the barista told me it had milk and sugar and I reminded him that I ordered just a dopio on ice… he was irritated and reluctantly acknowledged that he made a mistake and would make me the plain espresso on ice I ordered. I again patiently waited – imaging that – because I had been so kind and considerate waiting 30 mins for two of the most basic drinks you can make at Starbucks– and they made a mistake – that they would promptly make my iced espresso… but they did NOT! The barista delibstately disregarded me and my drink and again continued to make other drinks! AND there were 7 people working!!! Until after 5 more minutes I finally commanded that it was only an espresso on ice and that I have a life and can’t wait 40 mins for an espresso – as I am disregarded and begrudgingly forced to wait. I will never patronize this location again and am ashamed for starbucks to have locations with such horrendous service and because I am a Starbucks lover and appreciate their quality and service in general and the lengths Howard goes to to ensure the highest standards of service – I will write corporate about this and will urge Starbucks to look into this location.

Starbucks is one of my favorite spots but this location takes FOREVER to get coffee. I have to put a half hour on the meter just for coffee its very annoying. The baristas are a 50⁄50 some are a pleasure and some have the worst attitudes. They run out of things ALOT. From straws to lemonade in a heat wave in June — I was even told they ran out of iced coffee once I thought it had to be made turns out they just had NONE. The parking is terrible.

Internet down 15 minutes, staff giving me lip service about not having time to reset it. One very snotty young lady who is on her break promising to fix it in four minutes when her break is over… as if she’s doing me a favor! Attitude of these three right now is abominable! It takes 30 seconds to unplug a modem and plug it back in… no respect for people or their time.

This Starbucks is great! I dont think i have ever had a bad drink from them! Its just at an odd location for parking ;(it sucks lol but they are in the middle of everything who needs coffee IE the hospitals! I sit here and do a lot of school work and i actually get it done! The only problem i have, is ive noticed they turn off the wifi, not everyday, but ive encountered it when im here, usually during the night. A couple hours before they close. It kinda sucks cuz doing school work i do need it. I guess they need to kick people out like me hahahhaa anyways overall great starbucks! Great people, great customer service! But dang turn ur wifi on hahaha

Starbucks in the Bronx are few and far between, so I’m glad this one is here. Located at the crossroads of Morris Park, Pelham Gardens, and Westchester Square, it’s situated in a prime location. I’ve had no complaints about the service, the baristas are pretty friendly and they’ve never messed up my order. It’s surrounded by Calvary and Einstein hospitals so it can get a little crowded with hospital employees but the line moves relatively quickly and the wait isn’t too long for a beverage. It’s not a large Starbucks so seating is limited but they make good use of the space they have. There’s a «parking lot» located on the side of the building but it’s horrible — very difficult to get into and out of. Street parking is limited as well, so it’s best to take public transit or just walk.

Usually on their game. Occasionally slow and occasionally the milk/sugar table gets messy, but good for the most part.

I love me some Starbucks, but damn, does this location suck. First off, the turnover rate is super high. They have new people every week. The always screw up the orders because they are too busy talking and messing around amongst themselves. THEYSUCK!

Pretty standard Starbucks. They have some questionable locals from the nearby psychiatric center, but it adds to the charm.

I come here everyday. Unless they run out of soy milk. For the third or fourth time, then I trek to beans and berries. Life is hard.

Standard Starbucks. One star off due to the lack of seating for the amount of people that come in during the day. Another star off since I saw a roach a floor and pointed it out to the cashier and she just shrugged it off. I didn’t really expect her to go over there and kill it, but at least feign some concern.

This is a Starbucks just like all the rest. However, they play their Starbucks music entirely too loud. Almost can’t think straight because of it. On the flip, there are so few in The Bronx and the wifi so usefull, I will deal.

I’m sitting here right now… Trying to do my essays with my Pumpkin Spice Latte by my side… But no, I must Unilocal… This place deserves recognition — first of all, it’s the closest Starbucks to me(Starbucks is rare in the Bronx, meanwhile I have TWO freaking Dunkin Donuts on my block! yuck) Also, the faces in here always have smiles. The baristas are great, I like all of them a lot. They always hand you your drink with a smile and make sure you like it. Yes, they have a parking lot but it’s complicated to get in and out of – but street parking has not failed me yet. There is always a spot in front or across the street! Perfecto. I like coming here for a cup of coffee after a long day at school or work. It’s relaxing — great music, great atmosphere. I’m so happy this place opened up! PS… FREEWIFI :)
