I went to this Tmobile store on a Saturday to pay my bill. The machine that allows you to pay your cell phone bill, could not pull up my account information, so i was forced to speak with a representative. There were 4 reps behind the counters, 1 in the back and 1 at the front of the store greeting customers. 3 out of the 4 reps were busy. One rep was promoting his personal i-phone to potential new Tmobile customers, instead of helping me and others on the line. It took them 15 minutes to serve me.
