It’s unfortunate that this is the only store in Parkchester to service uniforms. My disappointment with the filth, disorganization and poor management of the store was enough to request full reimbursement of my purchase. The quality of the merchandise has diminished severely. The management is never present and lacks customer service skills!!! It’s sad, I have to take my business elsewhere.

This place is a hot mess. This place was in complete disarray and I would not want to shop here if I had kids. I was accompaning someone and i was thoroughly disappointed in their customer service. Will never come to this location again.

This is my local Children’s Place, and I love it. It is in the heart of Parkchester, which could be a pro or con – either way the service is always great and they are usually stocked with exactly what I’m looking for. And they have a great SALE rack! Which is so convenient, as my tot seems to grow inches by the week! Just went in last night for some quick shopping and was totally pleased as usual :)

I called the store to get a gift card for my cousin who just had her baby. And I was pleased with the service. I thought I was going to get crappy phone service but to my suprise the customer service was great. Thanks Arnold for your help, patience, and great customer service. I appreciate it :)
