ONEDIT: Went back to speak with Manager. She was very helpful, and had the employee apologize to me(he did but very, very reluctantly). The Manager asked me to please donate the clothing to them and I did. My advice is that you avoid the little guy with a mustache if you decide to donate to this store. I did raise my rating to 2 stars because of the manager’s corrective actions. ORIGINALREVIEW: This place is an ass pit. Went there at 6:00pm. The place was still open with customers inside. I had 2HUGE, heavy bags filled with good clothing to donate. Only throwing away because they don’t fit me anymore. When I walk in, a little pip-squeak/Prince wannabe tells me «no donations after 5.» I said«what?» He said, you can bring it back Monday. I said, yeah sure, having no intention of visiting this place again. As I was getting back into my car, he comes out and says«bring it in». So I drag one of the huge bags in and put it to the side against a wall. He then tells me I have to bring it to another room in the back. I asked him why I had to do that when I was being nice enough to donate the cloths. He gave me a look so I said okay, but asked him to help me with it. After looking at me like I had three heads, he helps me drag it. Then as we get into the room he mumbled«you can leave it there». Since it was laying right at the entrance of the room, in the way, and I had to bring another bag to the same room, I tried to use some common sense and move it a couple inches more to a corner, out of the way. Instead of saying thank you, or something appreciative he gives me attitude and says«I SAID Leave it there!.» Annoyed I asked him what the hell his problem was”. The little jerk then says«first of all, lower your voice». At that point, I gave him a few choice words, took my clothing back to the car and left. I’m going to donate to a charity for Vietnam Vets. Bottom line, if you want to be treated like this place is doing YOU a favor by taking your donation, enjoy and go to this dump. But if you want to feel like your donation is appreciated, or at least be treated in a cordial manner, go somewhere else.

The store is not bad I found stuff for cheap but the bad thing is the employees would actually pick stuff first before putting it in the rack. I was checking out something and the cashier said that it was already taken I didn’t know until I paid that it was for her. I don’t know, maybe it’s not bad but for me it is… Unless they don’t get discount and pay the same price us the costumers

A lot of my favorite clothing items came from this particular Salvation Army. I love this place. It’s extremely convenient having SA so close to home. Finding nice items is a longtreasure hunt, but a very fun one at that. I found pokemon shirts, marvel shirts, two american apparel items(jacket and shirt — shocking, isn’t it?), authentic asian clothing, and a lot more. But, if you’re into the whole high waisted jeans thing, I can’t assure you that you’ll find ‘em here. Trust me, I’ve tried. The staff is pretty friendly, and take donations at the door, there’s no donation box(I believe.) My only issue is that the book section be a bit more cleaner, some books/shelves are really dusty.

Didn’t do any shopping here, but dropped off some donations. It’s a very nice location and everyone there is very friendly. Online, it looked like they had a donation box, but I didn’t see one. However, you can just bring stuff to the door they direct you to and they’ll take it off your hands. Store looked nice and I am sure vintage hunters will find lots of good stuff! And if you pick up a rice-maker or crockpot, you’re welcome!(Possibly.)
