A bit pricey and there’s an elevator only on one side. But overall good service.

This company has the worst business practices and run on dishonesty and lies. I stored all of my belongings in a unit for less than 5 months and everything was completely destroyed by rats. All of my clothes and my childs clothes, our shoes, dishes, bedding, strollers and pther belonging were dampened by rat urine and feces. I was rushed out of the building by an associate before I was informed to file an insurance claim. Then i was told by the Customer Service Manager Brandon and the Manager at the site that my insurance I paid every month for would cover all of the damage and loss. I contacted the insurance company who told me that the insurance does NOT cover losses caused my vermin, insects etc.!! If I would have read other reviews I WOULD HAVE NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEFT MY BELONGIGNS IN SUCH A FILTHY RAT INFESTED PLACE. Now I have to start over replacing things I have had for years. I contacted the BBB and they were told my compaints were solved by the company. LIARS!
