CONS: The pharmacy is so understaffed that you feel sorry for them and for yourself. They are running around trying to fill everyone’s scripts and the line goes so long that customers are frustrated by the time they get help. Once I stood 30 minutes in line just to get my prescriptions. In the regular cashier, the lines are always long, too. You just get a sense that staff in general are stressed out and tired. PROS: This branch is well stocked and is in a good location.

The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacy. My neighborhood pharmacy fills my prescription in 20 min, at the most! They don’t call if you if the prescription is out of stock. They wait until you call to give you the bad news. The lines are ridiculous. You can never speak to a pharmacists because somehow, it’s an inconvenience. 1 star because it’s 24 hrs.

Every time I go to this Walgreens location, I always find it clean and organized. Although at certain times of the night is low on staff, they make an effort to offer you a smile at least. Pharmacy was also clean and well-stocked with products on the shelves. I recommend this store.

Circumstances from the workplace environment forced me to alter my inhabitant and working conditions where I am to make adjustments to survive. I had to purchase odor eliminators aerosol spray can at an utter disbelief of $ 6.00 plus tax. All brand name and non-brand name odor eliminators aerosol spray have annoying strong stench but, thankfully, I was able to find a light scented one. Note: This Walgreen operates 24⁄7 @ 365 days and sits on the corner of the 231st station of the 1 Train.

Horrible customer service, I ordered photos online to be printed out and the order email said they would be ready by 9:45pm that same day, yet they were ready until 11:00 am the next morning. The lady at the counter was very grumpy and rude, she ignored by for 5 minutes until I said something and then she said wait I’m busy and kept doing something in the back. Clear signs of someone who hates their job and should not be in the business of customer service.

The staff at this location is really great. The Customer service here can be alittle hectic at busy times but the staff gives ya a laugh and a smile each time. Card machines at the cash register are sometimes down or the system does work for some register so have cash on you just to make sure. Good choices of food, all stocked properly and the floor usually mopped. Good place 50⁄50 with the long lines but still not bad.

I have never experienced such horrible service before encountering this Walgreens. This review is for the photo department service, but honestly I don’t think I would ever step foot in here again. I’m usually a very patient and understanding person, and this place makes me want to fly off the handle I ordered a photo book on Friday night, and got an e-mail notifying me it would be ready by 2:50 am the next day. I planned on stopping in Saturday morning to pick up, so that worked for me just fine. Wanting to make sure that the book was actually ready, I called around 9:00 am on Saturday. It took me 3 calls to get an actual person on the phone, as «there was no one in the photo department, let me transfer you» was the line they kept feeding me. Finally, the woman who answered informed me «there is a book printing right now, it’s probably yours, so call again in an hour». Unless I was the only person ordering a photo book, I’m not sure as to why this would be her response, but I let it slide. I called again around noon, and kept getting put on hold. At one point, I was on hold for nearly half an hour!(I was curious as to how long they would keep me on hold, so I went about my day, while waiting for someone, anyone, to pick up the phone) At this point, they were really testing my patience, so when I finally got a person on the phone, I let her know how ridiculous this entire ordeal had been. All I wanted to know was if my photo book was ready for pick up! She got an attitude, and said come at 5:00 pm it should be ready then. Eventually I did get my photo book, I had to have my sister pick it up, as I was no longer available to do so in the evening. Moral of the story folks, this is the worst customer service I have ever received, don’t waste your time coming here.

I have been to this Walgreens many times and it’s true the lines can be long. Sometimes I go to this Walgreens to pick up photos and most of the time no one is there to help you. Then as I always do, I walk around the store until I can find someone to help me get my photos. One time I went Walgreens to pick up photos before work early in the morning and the cashier up front lied to me and said I could not pick up my photos that time of morning, 7:00 am. Their customer service is bad when it comes to the photo area. I like the convenience but I hate the service. Get it together Walgreens.

This review is for the pharmacy, and I have nothing but praise. It is the only pharmacy within miles that would get my mother a little-prescribed and difficult to come-by antibiotic. They had to get it by ordering through an out-of-state supplier and they got it in less than a day. The pharmacist, Kassandra, took personal responsibility and insured that this was ordered and delivered as she promised… in fact she beat her own estimate by several hours. You don’t find professionals with a commitment to service like this too often, and very rarely in a national chain.

If you’re coming here late at night, come prepared with patience and tolerance. They are understaffed so on most occasions, there is only one cashier open and the line therefore moves slower than syrup. Drinkers are expected to drink in moderation or at least put a curfew on their drinking. Beer is not sold after 10pm and if I’m not mistaken, isn’t sold before a certain time on Sundays. The line at the pharmacy is always long no matter what time of day you come. However, it’s conveniently open 24⁄7 and the staff is very helpful. There are always sales and the shelves are always organized and in stock. In the event that you need something that is out of stock, tell someone(specifically the woman at the counter located in the beauty section) and she will put in an order for more. This place is my guilty pleasure.

After dropping off at 12 for a refill, I was told my medication would be ready at 1:30, which seems a bit long for a refill. I showed up at 1:20 with one person in front of me in line. It took 12 minutes before I was even helped. Then, when I was finally helped, it took 10 minutes for the pharmacist to even find my medication. 22 minutes is way too long to take to pick up medication. Avoid this location if you can.

Everyone, when you come to this store, please arm yourself with a lot of patience, cause there is always line but only one or two registers open at front and only one at the pharmacy, personnel is rude too you and you hardly find someone to ask for help. the only good thing I can say about that they are open 24⁄7. Shame for Walgreens, I hope those executives read this and do something about it.

Always open. Conveniently located. What more do you need. Lines can get a bit long as they do tend to be understaffed at night.

They have decent sales sometimes and that is fine. I get my cholesterol medicine there and it is convenient because they are always open. Past that, not much to talk about. The shelves are often not well stocked. The cashiers tend to be polite but SLOW and the lines are ridiculously long during the evening rush. What really pisses you off is that when you stop in on your way in from work all of those folks who really look like they did not work that day choose 5 pm to come in with their bratty kids or the seniors that are lonely and need to talk for five minutes with the cashier… they obviously look like they could have come in at, say 2 pm instead of right in the middle of the evening rush. Overall, not a nice place to shop and you’d better not be in a rush when you go in.

This is the only place I trust for my prescription medicine. But I must say, the drop off window is extremely slow. It feels like only one person’s working back there… But there are some times where the wait isn’t that long. But more often than not, prepare to WAIT! The pharmacy is open 24hrs which make traffic times vary depending on what time of the day you go. And their new mobile prescription refill service seems pretty cool… Saves time and money in some cases to put in a refill request and pick up when ready. :)

Lines are way too long! If you want to wait about ½ to 40 minutes on a line this is the place to go. I usually take a book or read a magazine while I wait on horrendously long lines.

2 for the constant line at the pharmacy, and I think they made it REALLY clear the woman ahead of me was getting the morning after pill. Private it is not… The rest is kept clean and full of things you may or may not need.

today i realized that i want to have a pet fish. & so i was remembering this place as a stock up store that’s 100% easy steals. en serio, this spot is like a 24hour training course for petty thieves. everyone’s so over it, and the long lines act as a wall between you & the staff. .

The only real cool thing about this place is the fact that’s it’s open 24 hours a day, but really, nothing special, and the long lines are not only discouraging, but infuriating — why the hell do you have only one teller dealing with 25 people?! Defies logic– it like those horrible lines in college financial aid or the bursar’s office.
