I made a recommendation to my girlfriend because she was hesitant to go. We made an appointment together for this morning — 9 AM and 9:30 AM. After over an hour wait, I was called in. 25 minutes later when I returned to the waiting room, my girlfriend was still waiting. Many woman were called and we continued to wait. When she approached the receptionist to inquire what the delay was — she was basically told they were running behind and it would take another 10 minutes. After 25 more minutes of waiting, I went to the reception desk to complain. They did not apologize, they did not call her right away but instead called 5 other women inside. This is not the way to conduct business. There is no reason to make a 9:30 appointment and still be waiting at 11:30 AM as though your business does not matter! Customer Service is a major key to any business … they are severely lacking.

Don’t choose Dr. Miller… I had a 9+ pounder and while doing my 6 weeks follow up. he said «let me know if I hurt you… I doubt I can hurt u though». I left the clinic right after that! I guess because the baby was big, I can no longer feel vaginal pain… I’m an RN and would never act this way towards a patient. Never going back to see him. I prefer Dr Fitzgerald or Dr McLeod.

This office is now located at 1250 Waters Place. I went there for prenatal care and eventually found out that I was going to miscarry. Doctor recommended a d&c which I agreed to do. Couldn’t get an appointment until 3 weeks later and when I explained to the receptionist the situation voice trembling with unshed tears I got no compassion and was told I had to wait. This is an extremely stressful and emotional time and they have treated me horrible. I will not go back to this place!

This is definitly not the place to choose for prenatal. The staff here are very rude, prenatal visits should be stress free pleasant and exciting its too bad they make it the worst time ever. Some of the nurses are sweet and understanding but «way to go front desk you prepare people to be nasty to the next nurse that comes along»… The doctors are awesome but with staff like theirs who wants to come for another visit. Fist sonogram should be amazing and breath taking so much for the nasty nurse to ruin that for me… Find somewhere else to go ladies… Oh and FYI office space is limitted and therefore unless ur the first to get there dont count on a seat.
