White Castle

My husband and I just spent our first Valentine’s Day at this particular location for dinner. We had reservations, and boy was it worth it! Besides the food being so fresh and delicious, the professionalism, décor, and music really made this day memorable. Thank you to our server, Brittany, the lovely manager whom took a picture of us, and the happy staff that catered to all the couples. We will be back!

I haven’t been in a White Castle for almost 15 years… now I know why! Call it what you like: belly bombs, murder burgers, monkey meat it doesn’t matter. The burgers are what they are tasty crap that you probably shouldn’t allow into your mouth. The service at this location was fine, the guy at the register was fine, that gal that gave me my bag of slop wished me a Merry Christmas WOO HOO ! ! ! I said God Bless you (no she didn’t sneeze) and have a wonderful Christmas. I ordered 4 doubles with cheese no middle bread, 2 fish with cheese, fries and a diet Coke (diet coke, I’m such an idiot) Here’s the problem $ 17.76 WHAT! ! ! THE ! ! ! FCUK !
Really, Wow! These prices went up faster than a Saturn Rocket.
All in all it was a fun experience, except getting home and needing a full roll of toilet paper Whoaaaaaa ! ! !
I guess this will be my last trip to WC, only because it’s not fun anymore and certainly not healthy and why spend that much to make yourself sick!

This is definitely the cleanest, nicest looking white castle that I’ve ever been to. It’s a pleasure to coming here for me, and the food is always good and spot on. I’ve ordered the gamut here — but never a massive quantity and it’s always been good. I have to knock a star off because they have issues with getting food out in a timely fahsion. One time during the summer, not during a busy time, it took them over 15 minutes to make one veggie burger slider. I say over 15 minutes because I left after waiting 15 minutes when they told me to pull into the crave parking spots. Otherwise, they are basically some of the nicest fast food drive thru workers I’ve ever spoken to.

I eat White Castle on average about three times a week so when it closed for renovations, I was devastated. I was first in line for the grand opening lol. Boy was I pleased with the new fresher looking White Castle. When I walked in I was greeted with a «hello, welcome to White Castle» I couldn’t do anything but smile, I had never been greeted like that at any fast food restaurant. My food was made in a timely matter and tasted good. I also love the new menu, very different for a fast food restaurant.

I stop by here in the drive through just to see the matriarchal lady who works there. She is the sweetest lady ever. Tip top customer service.
Happy they got rid of the beggars.

Been to this location twice since they renewed the place. Both times, I’ve experienced horrible service. I’ve had to wait a long time and you see the employees fooling around instead of attending to your order. It’s like they forget you’re there.

So glad they reopened. The nicest White Castle I’ve ever been in. It’s clean, well lit, and they’re environmentally friendly!

Same location new look… much cleaner and comfortable… restrooms clean and new… but kinda miss the old place… almost feel cheated out of my White Castle in the Bronx experience but the food is just as good…

Great burger, love the teaste love the price. But this location was kind of filthy the last time I came in back in the summer 2014. At the time is close for renovation so I expect it will improve in that area. .
But talking about the food I just love this little burger

If you must… why not do it right. Six of these cholesterol time bombs, fries, and chicken rings. I even got a silver 1942 dime in change. The food settles like a stone about an hour after… keep that in mind. Make sure you are near the toilet too the next day… it sneaks up you rather quickly.

What’s better as a midnight snack? Belly Bombers, Sliders, whatever you call ‘em, nothing beats a cheeseburger smothered in onions, topped with a couple of pickle slices, warped in a steamed bun. And wash it down with an orange soda…
A meal you will remember for many hours.
And the new Chicken & Waffles was awesome!

Very inconvenient location it’s right next to highway and if your walking there from Morrison or lower you have to go under a short dark tunnel at night (its a 24 hour place) many times the only place to get food at @ 2am and it’s just very unsafe.

Seriously… I cannot believe people actually eat this AND call it food? That’s sooooo sad… I’d rather eat the wrapper than the crap they called a burger… how can you tell the onions from the meat… it’s all mushy!

Dear White Castle,
I love you, and this White Castle is filthy and didn’t have a toilet seat. So it gets 4 stars.

White Castle in the South Bronx complete with 3″ thick bullet proof glass. I witnessed a near brawl because they didnt give a patron creamer with his coffee. Who is that angry at 11am on a Saturday morning? A very elegant and classy example of your local White Castle chain.
