Great food and the pizza is so good. As a diabetic it is the only pizza in the area that does not raise my glucose. The staff and owner are wonderful and it is pleasure to eat there. There upside down apple cake is to die for too.

I love the staff and the food at Alexanders. The family also owns the shores deli and catering. Such sweet people and you can taste the love in every bite. I have never been disappointed and I recommend their Apple cake with cake ice cream, made fresh to order!

Last night after leaving work late my boyfriend and I were at a loss for dinner options. I was craving pizza, so we searched for somewhere open. We saw the listing and that they close at 2am. My boyfriend called asked if the kitchens still open and who we assume to be the owner said«yes kitchens open until we close!» That was nice :) the pizza came out perfect as well. It was a nice thin crust New York style pizza right by 4 corners Brookfield(: will be back again soon :))

Have eaten there about 5 times and every time I was impressed with their food and service. Their pizza is exceptional. It is a thin crunchy crust with excellent toppings. A large is a good value. Ranks up there with Stanzioto’s for texture and flavor. They also have excellent appetizers such as the falafel platter as well as great salads. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always good

We recently had a family gathering here of about 15 adults &5 kids and everything was phenomenal. We had one of the rooms all to ourselves. Alex and the entire staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Alex worked with us before hand to offer 3 different entrees so there was enough variety for us to order but so we didn’t overload the kitchen. We decided on a shrimp dish(can’t remember which one), penne bolognese, and chicken parm. And for appetizers we had caprese and eggplant rollatini. Both were delicious, but the eggplant rollatini was some of the best I have ever had. Same goes for the chicken parm, it was perfect. I should also mention that we are an italian family and everybody raved over the food. If a restaurant that serves italian food can please an italian family then GOTHERE!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads for carry out, IMO it was pretty overpriced. It was good but not worth 50 bucks. Salads were very basic and small.

Ate there last night, Tuesday, July 7. We were a party of 12 with advanced reservations. We chose this restaurant because of its convenient location, reasonable prices, and 5 star review on two separate websites. We were warned of slow service in advance. The restaurant was pretty empty at 6PM. We managed to get in and out in 2 hours. The women’s room had no toilet paper– not the best way to start off. It took a while, but after letting our server know, it was replenished. We had(2) orders of fried calamari. It took a while to get. It was good. Not a huge portion, so no problem finishing both. Three people split a pizza– they seemed to like it. Someone had Ravioli with Alfredo sauce(a special order). They accommodated and she seemed to enjoy. Someone had a bacon cheese burger– they forgot the bacon. The menu indicates that dinners include a starch and vegetable. No options were offered when we placed orders, so if you have a preference, specify with your waiter. Someone had Chicken Francais. She received rice, which she does not eat. The server brought her pasta at no extra charge. Two people split a seafood medley dish and chicken wings. They were somewhat small portions, and the seafood medley was skimpy on scallops. Someone had scallops, which seemed to be cooked well and came over pasta. They could have used more sauce. I had a smoked garlic chicken special for $ 9.95. It was good, but a somewhat small portion. Two dinners came out pretty late(several minutes later) — the salmon dish and a penne with vodka sauce. The salmon was worth the wait. The penne ended up being linguini. Some may say pasta is pasta, but linguini is more difficult than penne to eat. It was good, but could have used more sauce. All in all the dinners were good, but not worth a special trip. The prices are reasonable, the portions are on the smaller size, and the service– which started out slow, ended fine because it was a quiet night at the restaurant.

Have had dinner here at least 10 times. Great every time. Also had wedding rehearsal dinner here. They went above and beyond to make it special. Highly recommended. Both casual dining /outdoor patio /bar as well as more intimate interior dining areas.

They have excellent pizza. Nice thin crust, good sauce and cheese. Our waitress was excellent, attentive and helpful on the amount of good to order for the 8 of us… and she kept the drinks coming. There is a nice outdoor patio for seating, though it was raining so we were inside. My only regret is that I waited so long to come here. I will definitely go back.

Tonight my husband(and baby) and I tried Alexander’s for the first time, despite living nearly around the corner. It was somewhat intimidating; we hadn’t been yet, so why start now(feel free to swap out ‘intimidated’ with ‘ignorant’). After our experience, I am wondering what took us so long. We went on a Friday night(tonight, actually) and they had a pianist, which was a nice touch and not too loud. The food was good, but I think what really sets this place apart is the staff. Alex was our waiter, and he was fantastic. Two other ladies assisted, and they were both so friendly. Even the other diners seemed to be in great spirits. On the way out we took a peek in the cozy bar, already filling up with patrons. We’ll save that for a night when we’re child free, but I can already see us becoming regulars here. Try it! Oh, and to the lady on here who thinks her review was removed? Time to take the Unilocal tutorial-you left a Tip, and it’s still there, although I do not echo your sentiments.
