Perhaps these people do a fabulous job, I don’t know. I am rating them on their constant cold calling of my home using an unknown number. I tell them each time(and did so the first several times quite kindly) that we replaced our windows last year and ask to be taken off of their list. Sometimes they agree, sometimes they just hang up on me. Whoever is in charge of sales needs to take a hard look at the company’s methods. Do they really yield customers? I can’t imagine that this works. It’s maddening, and it’s ruining your reputation.
