Felt like some good olé Texas BBQ and thick-​cut onion rings to go!

You would think that since this is in Brookfield it would be a bit nicer, but really its not! Im not saying its everyone but most of their staff is ghetto.,
The manager literally said something deragatory about me while I was standing right there, NO THANK YOU!
My order is always right but the people there, ehhhh.

This place is so unpredictable.
Sometimes I go here and its fine. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and who can resist their curly fries?
But other times I go here and I feel the staff is mocking me. Like as if I did something to seriously anger them and they are getting their sweet revenge.
Today I went to this particular Arby’s after a long morning and ordered my usual roast beef combo. The woman over the loudspeaker seemed okay, but when I pulled around, I was literally greeted by the most unpleasant, rude, extremely unkept woman I’ve ever encountered at a fast food joint.
She didn’t say a word to me. Not a single word. She ripped the credit card from my hands, passed my food, and then passed me an iced tea with NO ICE in it. It was hot. I’m not even kidding; the cup was literally about as warm as bathtub water. She then slammed the window and walked away without saying a single word.
I work food service as well. When I go out to eat, I don’t expect the employees to bend over backwards and kiss my arse just to put a smile on my face. What I DO expect is a little respect and decency. I expect that these employees are held to high standards, despite the fact they are working minimum wage. Lady, If you can’t put a smile on your face and show a little kindness and respect, you aren’t even suited to work at Arby’s.

My wife is feeling under the weather and really likes Arbys (for some reason). I figured I would try the new turkey sandwich that’s being advertised. I ordered one and was offered four different sauces. I asked which one they would recommend. The cashier, who was also the manager according to his name tag, said he didn’t know because he had not tried any of the sauces or the turkey sandwich. The sandwich ended up being quite dry and not very flavorful. I won’t order it again. Totally unimpressed. The only reason they get two stars is because my wife enjoyed her roast beef sandwich.

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s since I was a kid so thought I would try it for lunch. The beef sandwich is pathetic compared to martinos.

Clean and friendly staff, food is always fresh and warm. there speed is on point during lunch rush.
