I get so many of those 20% off coupons in the mail for Bed Bath and Beyond. It’s a large, clean store with lots of stuff. They really do have everything for your home! We’ve gotten some great kitchenware here. They also have a bunch of cool clearance stuff.

Fantastic and helpful staff here. I was in the area and they had the brand new iRobot Scooba 450 in stock, and even though I was on a 3-week, 3-state trip, I opted to snag it right then and there. The price was right, as we all have BB&B coupons somewhere for a ridiculous percentage off, which actually makes iRobot products a little more affordable. So — getting my new robot back to the hotel, I realized that it would never survive Delta baggage services in the regular retail box, so back to Bed Bath & Beyond I went. The store staff were stars, looking for a box in the appropriate size which would fit my Scooba’s retail box as well as packing bubble-wrap and enough tape to ensure no person or machine could mangle the package. Retail stores are all alike on the outside, all have the same stuff on the inside, but it’s the people that make the difference. The team at this Bed Bath & Beyond were willing to go above and beyond to help a customer after they’d already made a final sale to him just to be sure that he could get his product home safely. I’m deeply appreciative.

I have no idea why I never ever seem to have my 20% off coupon with me whenever I find myself in this store! This store is conveniently located and all the employees are polite, and willing to help. They are attentive but not pushy at all. I always end buying something that I really don’t need, but don’t mind having! And if you find yourself up at night watching infomercials, they have a wall dedicated to just that! :)

I love walking through stores like this… again because of the variety, but also means an indecisive person, like myself, spends a lot of time choosing between things. Unfortunately, I have found that Bad, Bath, and Beyond is not necessarily any less expensive than Target or Wal-Mart. For example, I went in for one of those cloth closet organizers or over-the-door things, not only were they more expensive at BBB, but they didn’t have the variety I was expecting… which is why I stopped there first over Target. That isn’t the first time that I have gone to BBB first and discovered that I should’ve gone somewhere else instead. However, when they do clearances, they do them really well, if you have the patience to root through everything. And yes, the check-out area does get really congested. It isn’t awful, but it isn’t what I remember from when BBB first exploded onto the market.

Convenient location and a tendency to be on everyone’s gift registry make this a good stop. I tend to buy the occasional 700+ threadcounts, but most cheaper items are just as good at Target. I would suggest doing any pre-return to college shopping here, though. They tend to run some decent sales and regular priced items that are good for small apartments and dorms. They do have a kitchen selection that can rival a Williams-Sonoma, and at better pricing, but I’d look to more of a specialty shop for knives. Save all of your coupons for the occasion visits here. I’ve never had an issue using mine, expired or not.

Mmmm… this store is «ok». We stop in every now + then when we need something for the house and because they always have 20% off coupons. Yet we rarely wind up buying anything because BBB rarely has exactly what we are looking for. Example — I wanted a decent saucepan and they have a whole section of that kind of thing. Yet, the right size was only available in sets, not open stock. Same trip — I wanted a decent all purpose cleaner but nothing with harsh chemicals. They carry Mrs Meyers soap but not the cleaners. So again, not what I needed. Maybe, somewhere, someplace in this mess of a store were the exact items I wanted. I’ll never know because I lack the patience for searching around and there never really seem to be employees around to help. Bed, Bath and Beyond is good if you have a simple need like basic white sheets or a spatula. If you’re a picky shopper it may or may not be your place.

I am always impressed with a Bed, Bath & Beyond store, no matter which store I visit. The Brookfield location is great, and the fine crystal and china department carries a wonderful selection and makes it possible to give lovely gifts at affordable prices. As for the staff, some are great, others are not. The Brookfield store manager Casey Ann is the best re: customer service. I was very impressed with her special assistance to a bridal registry concern. She’s a stand-out and hope she remains at Brookfield.

Wow, I didn’t realize how much this resembled the former Linen & Things stores until I went here to exchange a set of towels I received for xmas. Stocked floor to ceiling with all the brand names in housewares, linens, gadgets and whatnot for the home. Much of the items are the same as say perhaps a Target but they have a greater depth of sku’s in each area. We ended up buying 3 pillows and a rug. Sign up for their mailers and you’ll get a 20% off coupon now and then. Downside of store is that checkout areas can be very congested.
