If you like rudeness, and arrogance in customer service, then rush over to this store. I called and spoke to the owner, and explained my experience, and he denied it was possible because he didn’t see it. Rather then being accountable for his staff, he didn’t have much to say. Also, isn’t a Hallmark store supposed to be service oriented? I won’t go back, and I recommend that you steer clear of this store.
